Quaint spot in the middle of MBC, a shared space with Paik’s Bibim. Their food is not halal but I went there just for the coffee. Pretty quiet spot that’s only busy during morning rush or lunch hour.
Weirdly, their original Paik’s Iced Coffee wasn’t available at this branch. Got their Iced Caramel
Food was of consistent quality as with other outlets. The only point of improvement is with the hygiene - the cleaning of the premises including the dining area and the kitchen can be much better.
The coffee is value for money and serving is huge. bibimbap is a healthy choice for office commuters.
I’m thoroughly disappointed with the food portion. I paid $5 for the japchae and only found out it was a small cup - that was only half filled. I understand that there are tiny cup options (eg. Tiny cup bibimbap) but this option for the japchae was not communicated. Not to mention that the quantity
Healthy bibimbap with vegetarian or meat options. They also have sides like steamed egg which was average and fried chicken which was freshly fried upon order.
20171206 - great place to pop by for iced espressos/coffee special. glad they changed to earlier service hours for drinks (8:30am)! Food will be normal hours 11:30am. Wish they had bfast deals for iced drinks (only hot coffee now).
Decent food, but not very authentic. It's pretty clear that this is a "fast food" Korean chain - I'd only go if I needed to eat quickly and on a budget.
Quality is pretty good, but food portions could be bigger.
