Ambience (lighting) is a little harsh, but spacious and tables are not too close to each other. It's a chain so don't expect any personalisation.
The pudding was not bad, and the chocolate cake was decent, but a bit too sweet, IMHO.
Comfortable seats, good for a spot of studying / working and people spotting.

Delicious bread & toast and they are bot being thrifty for the ingredients. it tasted better than any other bread I ever ate! unfortunately, they only provided plastic fork and spoon.

Next to the exit of the arrival hall, you can have some quick bite with some nice sandwiches and drinks before continue your journey.

The food was great! However, I noticed a lot of plastic use in the restaurant. Each utensil was individually wrapped in plastic even for dine in meals.
I hope to see this company make a move toward more sustainable practices.

What a lovely place to enjoy a cake or a croissant. I had a strawberry shortcake here with my partner. Was very nice. There’s also a spinning ice cream display and many friendly folk working there. There’s a salad bar too.

Had the most confusing experience of my life. Lady was initially all smiles, introducing us to one of the most bland looking item on the menu and was very pushy about it. Kindly thanked her and was happy with her service. However, when I selected what I wanted and wanted to make my payment, she started showing me attitude and kept rolling her eyes. She even threw the plastic bag at me when I requested for a take away. It was a very intimidating experience..
