Beneath an unobtrusive exterior lies a gem of a place for lovely afternoon teas and impeccable service. Right at arrival, we were received warmly by the reservations staff who also settled us in at our table with a selection of exotic teas.

My husband and i had the 1-1 High Tea ala carte buffet. We truly enjoyed our time fully. From 1pm up to after 4pm.
The staffs are really friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcomed and comfortable.

Wonderful ambience. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. We got in too early but were allowed in to sit and rest a bit before the high tea timing. Was served refreshing iced water to help us cool off. Everything on the menu was delicious. Would visit again. Thank you Mercure Bugis and Royale
Quiet, grand and great ambience in the absolutely busiest section of town....Bugis!! Service is helpful and friendly. Food is good value for it's reasonable pricing. Especially the all-day breakfast ....Triple folded eggs & German sausage.

Went over for their lunch buffet on a quiet afternoon during the weekdays and there were only five tables including mine. It's a rather small restaurant and the buffet spread was quite limited. However, the food quality was good for the price paid (S$18 per pax under promotion). We started off with
