Jiak Modern Tzechar - Singapore - Photo album

Value for money and perfect for a casual lunch. I found the dishes and set meals well priced. I order a 2 pax set meal at $28.80 (before taxes) that included 1) a curry fish head that came with a generous amount of fish, long beans, eggplant and tofu puffs. It was nicely presented in a claypot and k
Snuggled in a distant part of Singapore at Hill view..walking distance to Hill view MRT, cosy and comfortable air conditioned with affordable portions of tzechar halal food for large group dinner. Fish dishes taste good!
Nice cosy Halal TzeChar. Good spread of dishes across categories like seafood, poultry, vegetables, noodles, rice, dessert and hot/cold drinks. Assam curry fish, black bee hoon with slipper lobster, ladies fingers are recommended. Did not have a chance to try the Kang Kong with cuttlefish. Service
A cozy unassuming neighbourhood eatery serving local favorites. The food was tasty and decent portions. Had the sweet and sour fish, sambal kangkong and tofu. Very happy with what we got. Family friendly and reasonably priced. Give it a go if you are in the area. Update: Food was good as usual but
quite good for gathering. Highly recommend clay pot chicken, so tasty
First dinner order and collect at Jiak. Quantity ordered is sufficient for 5pax. However, the taste is too blend for us and less flavourful. Only Tzechar closest to Hillview and Dairy Farm area.
I had lunch at jiak today and tabao the leftovers home, namely dry fried beef horfun, mee goreng and claypot fried chicken. I reheated it for dinner and guess what I found? It is either a bug or a cockroach, someone please tell me what this is. I have lost all my appetite after seeing this. Honestly
Rude male staff at the entrance talking in commanding tone not tactful to answer guests. Food is average Curry fish head meet our expectations 😋.
