Men-ichi Kyoto Tonkotsu Ramen - Singapore - Photo album

Went twice and charsiew was superb, juicy and succulent albeit small serving. It's highly recommended you order additional slices to avoid disappointment. Noodle is thin style and cooked al dente. On the last visit, both soup (spicy and bonito based) was too salty. Canned drinks are available from
Tomato ramen was definitely interesting, but didnt live up to hype nor my preference in taste. Taste wise, the soup is flavorful, a bit too savoury and salty in flavor to enjoy it thoroughly to the last drop of soup. Item doesnt come with an egg, and it wasn't clear to me it came with chicken insid

The broth is great. The stewed pork is so soft and tender. It almost melted in my mouth. The broth get better with garlic and vinegar
