Nice salt baked chicken sausage rice! Tried on fresh prawn & oyster kuey teow soup 🍲 , everything so fresh! Must try the bean sprout too! Super fresh and crunchy! 😻
Abalone soup is rich. However, I find that it had too much chicken bits in it. The fried Spanish mackerel was especially delicious and sufficiently salted. So was the pig lard white rice ♥️
Went to the Causeway Point outlet to eat their Ah Lam Abalone noodle,this is my 1st time try out their noodle.The soup was tasteless,the noodle super salty and the chilli not spicy at all.Especially the abalone is so hard like rubber.I will never eat again.
Not worth the price. Tried the salted baked chicken but it’s not like how NOC described it. The chicken is no doubt tender and soft however the taste is pretty normal overall. As for the chicken noodle it is nothing special too except that it comes with onsen egg instead of hard boiled egg. Will n

Noodles were tasty, a bit reminiscent of bak chor mee from olden times although I wouldn’t make a detour for them. The salt baked chicken was a total disappoint; not well-seasoned and definitely did not have the traditional taste; also way overpriced ($14 for half chicken).
Hmm...where do I start. It's one of those BCM fanatics who will all agree that this is one of the best...if not, the top 3 best bah chor mee in Singapore. Dare to recommend because the taste is soo well balanced like no other stalls! It deserves a 5 star from me.
