Out of the way, hidden along a quiet street in the north. Surprisingly not as crowded as I imagined at dinner time, even though it came up top on the search when I was looking for somewhere in the north.
Very fresh seafood, chicken wings and veg were delicious. Price was reasonable.
Never expect this Zi Char is so bad. Vegetable not washed, and some even rotted. Stingray taste like it’s re-cooked. Prawn is fresh but it’s just garlic taste. Don’t think food is clean. Won’t visit again..
The standard has dropped a lot. This is the size of medium. Most of the dishes were above $12-20 for medium size. However the quantity is little. Not worth the price. The prawns very not fresh. Dry chili fish very little. They use a lot of dry chili , spring onion . Over priced
$79 Fish Head Steamed Boat for a family of 3, 2 adults and a 8 years old child. Firstly, not worth the price, this is my fifth time and every visit is a disappointment. Fish is definitely not 900g, and I got only half the fish head, this time they save the yam cost and cutting lesser on the vegetab
The foods are at reasonable prices. Environment is good. Service is good. Not much waiting time for the food to be served.
A hidden no frills malaysian style zhi char restaurant at Sembawang! The satay and the lala is a MUST TRY! Most of their dishes are good! Good for families to come as well as they have big round tables.
Crab promotion 2 for $19.90 with 3 flavours to choose from. Super worth it! Look good, taste good, wallet friendly too! Staff/ boss friendly too! Eat till full full!! Shiok!!
Priced not accordingly to their weight, cooked food was reasonable tasty but mostly over charged. soon hock fish 1.2 kg, crab 1.5 kg but doesn't look like it was the actual weight pre-cook.
