Thye Hong - Singapore - Photo album

Not As Good As I Remember. Quality has dropped a lot since its hay days at Wisma. Every single plate used to be cooked fresh with a very long queue, but now its sitting in the wok for who knows how long cause literally no one is ordering at a busy lunch hour. The prawns also shrunk.. to be honest
Rubbish, absolutely rubbish prawn noodle. Prawn noodles are cook before hand, rather then cook per order. I was served with a scoop of bloated noodles. 3 small shrimp, no pork, tiny bits of rubber squid. $6. With this quality, I wouldn't even spend 60cent.
The prawns are terrible. They are not deveined properly which technically asking customers to eat prawn feces. No Flavour and blend even neighbourhood hokkien mee taste better.
Ordered the Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodles. But they gave me boiled water + noodles. Even the sambal chilli was off.
Horrible food. Total letdown of a once famous brand name
Their fried prawn noodle was so-so, not recommendable to be honest. They mostly precooked, not freshly cooked, which I don’t like. However their char kway teow was good, starting frying after ordering. Personally it’s better taste by adding chili by asking to put more chili aside.
Horrible, I ordered char kway toew twice in a row. Please dont order it from there. It used to be good but they must have changed a chef or owner. They went from the best to worst. I will never ever order again. It is so sad that used tk be my favourite place. I blame covid
Fried prawn noodle: watery broth. Small portions. Stingy with sea food. $8 for medium so not cheap
