If it's just the donmaru set, I'll probably not spend the effort to review the place. The uni didn't taste fresh but the rice was good though.
What seriously blew us away was the unagi don. I would even say that it could be better than a recent place - where we had to queue for an hour to get in. W
This place isn’t for everyone. I personally find the food here delectable but my aunt doesn’t share the same opinion. The food is simple but the ingredients are well thought through. Rice is delicious and fish is fresh.
Chance upon this small place and was attracted by its promotion. The salmon zukushi was amazingly good... now on a 1-for-1 promotion, it’s a deal not to be missed! Would definitely come back again for the other items on the menu.
a little shop by the corner, the Food exceeded expectations. very delicious, primarily serves beef cooked in different style. staff are friendly and helpful. Will be back again to try other stuff

We ordered 2 Bonta Special that was SGD16.80++. Normally it comes with Tuna slices and minced Tuna but we requested to change them to Salmon meat instead.

I tried the don dishes, salmon tuna and salmon with miched tuna. The dishes has okay for the sashimi, it was not the best, in term of size or portion and taste. But compare to the price is still just okay.
But the taste of the rice is really good and very nice flavor.
Very good quality and a relatively generous amount of ingredients. All of this coupled with a very reasonable pricing. Will definitely return again. Highly recommended.
