Review Seoul Restaurant - Singapore

I thought it was really pricey. But then again, it is located in a 5 star hotel. The meat was not bad. But if you are into meats and have a big appetite, then a buffet may be more worth it. They do cook for you, so maybe that’s why it’s this price. I’ve had better bbq at a more reasonable price. So I won’t be back soon.

Korean Buffet. A very sumptuous Korean BBQ buffet that also comes with classic Korean dishes like sangyetang and cold buckwheat noodles. Their food are really good but its the focus on the money shouldd really be on their grilled meats so don't get distracted by the cooked dishes!

STINGY STINGY STINGY. There is an expected price premium for the bbq buffet, so the 1 star is for the meats. Everything else on the ala carte menu (ginseng chicken, soy paste stew) is just blend and horrible. Serving of the food was slow, and the portion of the food that came was less than the amount we indicated on the order slip - we had 5 adults eating premium buffet, the meat we selected was 3 servings and what came was only enough for 2 adults. Absolutely ridiculous! Service didn’t bother to replenish the Korean side dishes, empty plates were left for ourselves to clear on our own. Worst of it all, it’s self-cooking: if I’m paying 118++ per pax for a buffet, I would expect you to cook for us or at least check if the charcoal was at the right level. No garlic to wrap the bbq meats, no additional korean sauces for dips - it was just salt/pepper/soy sauce dip for the meats. Wth, there are so many other kbbq outlets along the stretch of tanjong pagar road that would trump their service and food offerings and half the price. Enter this restaurant at your own risk!

Best kbbq experience in Singapore hands down! Slightly better meat quality than Gyu Kaku wagyu. Yes it’s very expensive but it’s totally worth your $$ go for the premium buffet and only order the premium cuts so you don’t waste your precious stomach estate :) We especially love the strip loin (premium cut no3). Total bill 240 for 2 pax.

Good food...terrible staff. The Dragon Lady in the front will bite your head off if you don't make an appointment...but good luck calling them, they don't answer the phone. Also, be ready to drop mad $$$$$ to cook your own food.

Food is good. We tried all the available cuts for lunch normal set. Those unseasoned cuts are better. After a while, those with seasoned soya sauce were abit too much for us and filling. The beef cuts are really fresh. Come during lunch for a better deal. It’s at level three, at a corner of the hotel.

One of the best charcoal grilled kbbq buffet! Prefer to go for lunch as its slightly cheaper 😅 compared to dinner. The lunch buffet is $49++ for without beef option, and $59++ for beef option. After gst and service charge, each person is about $58 for no beef option. The buffet includes a range of pork options (e.g. pork belly), squid, mackeral fish, prawns, side dishes (e.g. pancakes etc), stews, ramyun etc etc! Do call to make a reservation in advance as they are always full! 😊

Went on Saturday and had the premium lunch buffet (around $100 per pax). Had a really pleasant experience with the staff service and food was definitely worth it as well. High quality beef and also other korean cuisines that's hard to find in Singapore like korean ginseng chicken soup, marinated crabs (raw), eels, bibim cold noodles and more. Strongly recommended and I would definitely visit again.
