Haven't been to Jack's Place for years. This one is inside Safra Yishun. Prices for steak is a but high 23, 25, 31 onwards.
The bake potatoes bacon chips however taste differently , due to this is EATZI (halal) no alcohol bo pork or have changed I guess.
Ambience is alright but the quality of the food is so so only for its high prices. Perhaps to dine only during set lunch or something.
Well the macaroons is 1.90 each though.

Food quality was decent with not much crowd during lunch service.

Good portion of food here and usually quiet place. The staff here always serve food quickly and attend to you. Recommended for a quick lunch or dinner away from bustling shopping malls. Many promotions during lunch, weekdays and afternoon tea.

This place is owned by the same company as Jack's place - pepperdine group. The menu therefore is very much similar to Jack's. Ordered the sirloin medium, turned out a little bit more like medium well. Sprite was diluted. Ambience was OK except there was a maybe ten year old kid making a bit of a ruckus with his mobile game and talking very loudly with his parents.

Was there at a department retreat lunch last week. The food items served were overly salty for the set meals ordered. Chicken brown rice which was supposed to come with lava egg was missing and the brown rice was HARD and tasted semi cooked.. even fish and chips was terrible at best: salty on the batter and bland on the fish. Service was average but it is expected as I observed that they were quite understaffed - a pertinent issue in SG F&B scene.
Pretty disappointing overall, considering this is a brand extension of Jack's Place.
Hope to see it improve in its food quality and service levels. But I would go to Jack's place.

Sorry I only remembered to take the photos after eating. We had the chicken cutlet, salmon, and got a mango tea. The total bill came up to $48.
Food was mediocre, service was good. They even served us complimentary garlic bread. It was an okay dining experience but I’d probably not come back cos there’s nothing special about this place.
The ambience was not too bad though. The restaurant was located next to the pool.

Had lunch with family today.
We order set meal of breaded chicken, half spring chicken and chicken mac & cheese. Also alacart seafood spegetti.
Wish that your company can accept the comment openly. This review is not to penalise any staff but just that I wish it can be improve. Overall I feel that this outlet is under staff; majority of staff have good customer service especially the assistant manager; chef will need more training.
Firstly, only after we finish ordering then waitress (a Chinese aunty) told us that we will required to wait as there is 30 customer ahead of us. So asked how long we have to wait, she repeated the 30 customers ahead again. It's okay we are not rushing.
Next, Food came after 30mins. The chicken mac & cheese is a joke. It is tasteless and chicken is minced but not chicken bits. Spaghetti taste is so bland. Spring chicken is bloody in middle. Breaded chicken is the only thing that taste Atleast coffee shop standard but veg are too hard. Abit more cooking will be better. We informed the staff about the spring chicken and she change it for us. Another staff came out to apologise.
We do appreciate the assistant manager who came and apologise due to the mistake. However, I probably will consider before having a meal there.

The service staffs are not aware of what they have etc and in addition, they are not flexible enough.
Three Big Nos the moment I step in
1) Wanted to sit outside but seem like it is only for takeaway and no entry
2) Ask for the kids meal and will order others like ice cream etc cos ultimately not very hungry. No again
3) Ordered and ask which ice cream comes in two scope and ask for the toppings as indicated.
Reply was: If have, I put but sometime we don have the toppings one. WTF !!!!

We made a reservation since its fasting month. Steph was very welcoming over phone and also when we arrived at the bistro. The staffs were excellent in their service attending to all our requests. We ordered Ribeye Steak Medium Well. 1 was perfect the other still slightly raw. But it did not dampen our spirits as the rest of food was awesome! Even the desserts. We thank Steph & her team for the excellent service! :)
