The kids indoor playground, My Little Giant, is the main reason we go often to Big Box. The main playground is very large and lots of different activities. Slides of various sizes, ball pit, trampoline, and the maze of course. The huge white slide is extremely steep and fast, so be warned for very young kids. Enjoyable for adults too tho we get tired faster as there is not much head space and we have to crawl/ kneel. Outside the main playground are also the Cassia Ballpit, a dedicated party playground and a game arcade. Definitely a place to distract the kids in an enjoyable way for a couple of hours. Occasionally, a couple of parents sit just outside to work or chat and let an older child play inside. It is recommended to keep a lookout for them tho to avoid injuries or arguments, something that have not occurred during our visit. Bring socks for kids and the accompanying adult. Or else, they can be purchased for $2.50 each pair. Keep the receipt for waive of part of the parking fee, which can be claimed at the service counter one floor up. For weekend, accumulated receipts to $50 and weekdays $30 for the waive. The Big Box membership card can be applied online for accumulating points and discount at selected stores/ food court. (Please give a thumbs up if this review is useful. Thanks!)

Food here is hidden gems, so high quality With low price. Too bad the western food close down, the place quite deserted. Have to try the mala hot pot and the fish soup, fresh and sweet.

Great selection of affordable grocery at the hypermart. You can also find electronics, fashion, furniture, and plenty of food here! Recommend the food court on level 3

When it comes to eating out at Jurong East, we usually think of Fast Food Restaurants or Family restaurants such as Pastamania but now, there is another food court with some halal stores in the area. The foodcourt is located on the highest floor of Big Box. I had some naan which was relatively okay which is kind of hard for me to come across in Jurong. My naan was accompanied by some rice, tandoori chicken, 2 types of vegetables (I chose 2 portions of potatoes), some butter chicken and a bowl of complimentary dessert for around $7. 2 of my friends bought their dishes from the Malay-Thai stall which sold their set meals at $7.90 (inclusive of a soup as well as a dessert). Another friend of mine bought some Ayam Penyet which was actually really decent. We would definitely come up here again to eat.

5 minutes walk from Jurong east MRT. Many choices of cheaper furnitures which are like sofa and bed.
