Food wish nothing to shout about. Very normal cut and freshness is acceptable. Nothing I can really comment as didn't leave a deep impression on me on the food. Staffs are nice. Soup is good as no MSG. Not really impressed by their add-on techniques here. Add for beef. Add for drinks.
Comparatively value for money solo diner better deal. My bill $22 with taxes added drinks n a soft serve. Although dining timing was imposed I had 3 adequate servings. Choice of broth n meat cut’s aplenty. Staff very attentive n fast to come with my top up servings request. It’s was full house dur
Service was good. Priced very affordable buffet hotpot. We chose herbal chicken soup and yuzu collagen soup base, but can't tell the difference, basically it's thickened chicken soul base..
Went for the Wagyu beef buffet with Sukiyaki and Tonkatsu broths. Delicious and service was great! I enjoyed the dining experience here.

The ice aze shiratama is my favorite. Lovely drink with motcha thickly coated ice drink. Mille crepe is delicious! The Suntec branch is probably less crowded than 313 Orchard.

Go to other branches if you can. The one at nex is much more spacious with large booths and inset hotspots. Here at the suntec outlet it is a gas tank stove and a steel hotpot. It takes up a lot of room on the table and it was hard to fit our food and plates. Also one auntie wasn’t very friendly an
