She assisted me from the beginning to the point that she went out her counter just to provide her best service. The way she smile and her cheerful service made butter studio extra special. Bought 2 boxes of cupcakes for my friends' birthday previously. Cdnt resist those 3-d looking ones since they were aesthetically fascinating. My friends loved every single one of it. They mentioned that they took time to appreciate how pretty the cupcakes looked before eating. The plus point? It was soft, moist and not too sweet that they could share with their parents. The counter staff that day were also very efficient, from picking the cupcakes until payment. A job well done, Butter Studio! Shall drop by again in future.
Thanks to the two staff (edited to add: Jalan Besar outlet) today who made my son's day, offering a new cupcake to him after he was absolutely devastated that he had dropped his. Thanks for the kind generosity!
Ordered their nutella tart, lemon cake, butter waffle, and chamile tea. Service was great and was surprised to see many customers coming in and out. Please stock rose tea! Am moving office to the neighbourhood! Will be a regular!
Super awesome buttermilk waffle topped with strawberry and dark choco gelato. Worth the extra calories… Nice comfy cafe with friendly staff.
