Menu changed, price increased, quality dropped.
Used to frequent this outlet and the food was usually very good. That was not the case this time.
Ordered a $10 chicken cutlet that was dry, salty and overcooked. Fries portion was stingy, and the only decent thing on the plate was the coleslaw.

Went down to order take away, but no one at the counter whereas there’s two staff, one cooking and another putting sauce in container, both saw that there are customers infront of the counter but no one came to take order for the customers and the funny thing was that both of them saw the customers but didn’t came to serve. Imagine packing the sauce was more important than serving the customers. What’s the point of operating when they ain’t busy but can’t serve customers???

Very very bad experience. I ordered chicken chop and cheese fries, which is the egg mayo fries, it taste fine. But I can't finished the fries and plan to take away. I bring the fries to a old lady with Tom boy hair style and ask if I can take away. She looked and never say a single word just throw a paper bag at me, i was stunned, so this is the service? I went there yest afternoon and there is no people there only a few deliveries order, and they can't even afford to help me with a nicer take away box for CHEESE FRIES that is haven even been touched!
Trying to just fooled me away with a paper bag! And never even give me a tool for it! So I can only just grabbed that cheese fries with my own hand！！！
HELLO? IF they say a take away box need 20 cent I can even give. Not that I can't understand! But the aunty doesn't even communicate with me! How can I eat this at home! I paid for it pls!

I've been here many times and I will continue to come here, the food is of course delicious, their sauces are all so rich and savoury. However, what I like most is the ordering of my food, in short, it's a completely mix and match, I love customising my meal and that alone is one good reason for me to come back. The waiting time is never really too long, there were times when there was a lot of people in front of me but yet my food came in around 20 minutes, quite fast🤣

The meat & sausage are well seasoned and portion is big for $5.20 (mixed grill) during promotion. I highly recommend combo B mixed grill. As for deep frying, pretty rough handling....the chef didn't purge the oil so the food become soggy & oily. The spaghetti taste average to me but my friend was addicted to their spaghetti. As for the mushroom soup, certainly is tasty with some bread crumbs inside and not too creamy too.

Much better than Collin's restaurant. Great taste and good pricing. Fish and chip is decent but dory fish isn't my preferred choice.

Ordered carbonara for takeaway. Was given a plastic rectangular box and charged 60 cents for the box- the kind that most coffeeshop stalls charge 20 or 30 cents for. Food was very average.
