Very good food and ambience. Stout was good. The chicken rice chilli should be served with the food. Made everything delicious. Loved the music and wood furniture. Very rustic and comfortable. No pretentious nonsense decor.

Great ambience, and good food. Decently priced items. Recommended item - pork luncheon fries - do ask the chef for thinner cuts and crispier fry. Happy hour housepour wines are economical as well!

2022/May/06 update. The Banger & Mash recipe has changed since my last review. It is good. A repeat for sure. Topped with thin young asparagus, mushroom & halves cherry tomatoes at bottom with mash potatoes. Sausage is not the cheesy ones. Sliced into two pieces. See picture.

Many customers having alcohol as well as finger food or complete western meals. The food is ok. Can get quite noisy when the place is filled up indoors. The outdoor al fresco area is better but can be warm in the hot season.

The Pork Ribs was tender and tasty. The Chicken Tikka Pizza was crispy and had generous amount of topping. This is probably one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted in Singapore (I do like the crust thin and crispy). Definitely a place to come back to.

Excellent place to hang out. Got outdoor & indoor. Indoor no cigarettes smell at all. Lots of beers & liquor options. Their small bite snacks order come hot and freshly cooked. My boss favourite place to hang out. He had been coming to this place for years. The staff basically knows him!

Had been here for before and even introduced to friends who did not know about this place. It used to be great place to chill over beer. Food was good, staff were friendly and attentive.
Over the last few visits, I noticed the service staff kept changing. The last 3 visits (within 6 months) I saw different faces every time. Although food remain consistent, it showed more experienced staff were needed.
I was with a friend and had ordered 3 pizza and wings. The staff (let's call him "A") taking orders was friendly.
Food came, first pizza and wings were out. We were satisfied with the quality and taste. My friend was impressed and full of anticipation for the next 2 pizza.
About 40 min had passed, we had finished the first pizza for some time and were still waiting for the next 2 pizza. A staff (let's call her "B") came over and start clearing the table. Nothing was said by B. We were puzzled, knowing we still have food that is not served, why did she start clearing. So we told "B" we still have remaining orders. Before this, no one came to check if we needed anything or are we still waiting for something.
Another 10 min had passed and I saw another table that just came 15min ago had two fresh pizza served and we were still waiting. I called "A" over to inform him we are still waiting only to find out the kitchen staff had missed out our orders.
"B" offered complementary dessert (a nice gesture, credits to whoever came up with the idea), however the Chocolate cake I can only give it a 3/10. Cake had a weird taste (a bit sour, a bit spicy like ginger) and texture has room for improvement.
Overall, when you are there, you got to have patience, expect good tasting pizza, and just skip the desserts (you are not missing anything). If you had waited too long, best to walk in to beer counter and inform them.
By the way, when the remaining 2 pizza were out, one of them had rockets (the vegetable) that looked like it was gathered from other tables' leftover, miserable and crumpled. I saw other tables had better, fresher looking ones. Although they tried, I still feel disappointed.

Full story: Came here on a regular basis since the beginning (start of 2016). Based our initial experience, this place definitely deserved a 5/5 rating on the basis of it having good food and even better service. However, over time, staff changed and the service degraded, despite this, the food still held a certain level of quality. Our last experience (we were moving) was on the June of 2017 celebrating Father's Dayan advance. It was pizza Tuesday. The place was packed as a arty was being held and hence, we expected the food to be slow. We ordered 2 pizzas, 1 salad, and a couple of drinks. The garden salad were just a handful of leaves tomato and olives drenched with olive oil and drips of balsamic vinegar. Simply put, it was a 5 dollar salad that was bland to say the least. The table that came behind us got their pizzas first, at this point, we have already waited for an hour. Naturally, we tried to call for the waiter to check on our order. It felt as though we were isolated, and it took us 5 mins to get her attention. By this point, we knew what was coming, they were out of pizza. Not going to miss this place.

The food was really good, and if you're a cheese lover i'd recommend the Potato Mochi! Oozing goodness! To top it off, the service was really good! Staff was very friendly, and down-to-earth. Personally I'm not a beer fan, but beer lovers would definitely love the variety they have! � The pricing you see in the menu is the nett price so dont forget to tip the servers! Overall, 6 out of 5! ��

I have been to this place which recommended by myfriend the food very nice example the crispy duck leg, mussel in white wine, pizzas, and the finger foods. The service there is excellent is good to meet up with friends for happy hour after long day work

It used to be amazing with the best beer and best service in the neighborhood. However since they started changing management and staff, things have really gone downhill. Wish it could go back to what it was before!

Had the chance to dine here last night and found the food sub par. The pork filet was good but the fish and chips was crap. Serving fish where batter makes up 70% of the portion is crap and serving your onion soup luke warm as a starter doesn't help.

Was watching a live game and it was about to end in a few mins time. The table's next reservation was 40mins later and they made us move away because some people have arrive much earlier. The other group also only partially arrived. Not as if we didn't get food and drinks -- in fact we ordered quite a bit. Really unpleasant.
