Ash & Char - Singapore - Photo album

Poorly maintained condo. The outdoor hot jacuzzi tub cannot be used due to no parts available to fix it. Water is cold and still. Swimming pool water at the 10th floor is perpetually cold to swim in. I just saw a big built swimming coach struggled to go in yesterday afternoon. Gym equipments are bar
I am really looking forward to call this place my home for next year! My idea is to live on the face of wherever I go, either urban character or country side but in the nucleus. This is the best time and place to live in Downtown CBD. Now I have been living here since 6 months and I am PROUD and HA
Not the best condo I’ve lived in for Singapore, but reasonably good - location is the best, facilities are decent, staff are a bit strict on the rules (often inflexible - needing a cash check to reserve your own pool area for S$50??) and you can only move large items during working hours Monday-Frid
Beware when parking here on the weekends. I parked here on 22 May (Sunday) from 2pm to 515pm. Based on the charges, it should have been $3/entry, but I was charged $6 instead.
Luxury condos with excellent amenities and superb location, between CBD and Chinatown.
We loved this fantastic condo that's in the heart of the action in Singapore. It is one of the few places with a proper two floor loft. It's across from one of the best hawker centers in Singapore. it's at the foot of Ann Siang hill, a 3 min walk from Club street, and at the end of Telok Ayer street
Great use of space for Loft units making it feel larger. Would prefer the bathrooms in the one bedroom units to be downstairs instead of upstairs. Excellent building amenities and good security.
Located opposite Amoy Street good center, nice residential in the center of CBD area with Bar and restaurants around. Easily accessible by many bus services and train, from Tanjong Parger MRT station
