When received is instead of red tea giving me green tea and is tasteless and is not the sugar level giving me when i told the staff they want to change for me and the rest of the staff giving a face why should i change your order

Compared to the branches of other milk teas, this branch is light and tasteless. But the front desk staff, the service attitude is good.

They have gone high-tech with three self ordering kiosks. However orders doesn't seemed to be completed any faster. Perhaps their staffs were already fast back then.
But I felt that the process became too cold and impersonal. Which is a shame as this outlet has always impressed me with their congeniality and peer coherence.
Digitalisation makes sense. But human interaction generates brand loyalty and differentiation.

As a loyal koi fan, it was pretty upsetting that the pearls were stuck together and not mixed well during the boiling process.

polite staff, good tea, but price getting higher. My favourite drink is caramel milk tea Low sugar with taro q, must try! Healthier options would be green tea macchiato or just the basic green tea no toppings. Love the flavour of the tea as it is strong and fragrant as compared to other Brands of bubble tea which is my it keeps me loyal. Furthermore I signed up for the koi membership which entitles me to collect points that can be redeemed for free upgrades, free toppings, etc. Recommended
