I reserved a table for my partner and I and was extremely disappointed with the food. The place was empty, and the customer service was good and quite fast.
We ordered the vegetarian pasta, ham baked rice and the mushroom soup. The mushroom tasted like raw vegetables and smelt very strong and had a slight plastic taste, although the plating was very nice.
The pasta tasted very strange, inexplicable, and left an aftertaste in my mouth that remained through the night. A few mouthfuls in it tasted like curry? The cauliflower was good though.
I was quite shocked to receive a call at 11pm after I posted this review at first. Firstly, it was in my opinion vey unprofessional to make a cal to a customer at such a late hour. Secondly, I feel it was unethical to retain the number from reservations to call about a review.
That said, I applaud their intent to improve and find out more about my review.

Service: Inattentive and indifferent waitress and it took > 20mins to serve some (outrageously bad) burgers? Btw, there was no one other than us in the house.
Seriously, I wouldn't even consider patronizing this place even if the food were free.

First time to try this cafe and very dissappointed with the service. Booked under eatigo and the male server told us that only have limited options in the menu (yes, we understand this) my boyfriend wants to order the double spicy lamb burger, we asked if this is included and he said yes then suddenly he told us that "don't have anymore bc we are reserving it for others...." yet he suggested to order two servings of spicy lamb burger which is more expensive. Others? We are customers as well. I thought you don't have the double lamb burger but why you have it for two orders of single lamb burger??
Served the food and waited few minutes for the cutleries and sauce and nothing came. I would understand if peak hours but its not busy at all. I went inside to ask the female server for the cutleries and she just passed the knife and fork to me without having any serviette or holder with it. Some more the food served is not that hot.

Good food excellent service and friendly staffs. The steak is the best for those who knows how to eat a steak - uptown steak caramelized on the surface, juicy n tender on the inside. Classic Belgium waffle n Affogato best deserts! Good job.

Restaurant not much crowd but surprisingly, Lambs Rack and Cheese Pizza very good...Must try! Never try steak as using Eatigo apps, only limited to steak or lamb rack. Spicy double lamb burger patties can improve further (lamb over minced). Overall, good experience with food and live R&B performance.

We reached the restaurant at 8pm, where we were first greeted by staff who told us "on Sundays we sit outside" when we asked to sit inside to get away from the hot weather. Nothing giving much thought about it, we sat and proceeded to order.
Our food came at 8:50pm, after numerous attempts at asking about be status of our food. The staff had no initiative to tell us about the long wait time, where at the 30 minute mark we asked about the wait time a wait staff said it was coming soon - soon being 20 minutes. The food came cold, with crumbly patties for our burgers. Only the fries were decent, whereas both burgers and baked rice were outdone by 711 microwaveable food. For a 50 minute wait, we would have at least expected our food to be warm. Instead, we were served with cold disappointment.
When the bill came, the staff refused to properly accept the Entertainer app, which had been agreed upon before ordering. We ordered 6 dishes, which should have allowed us to enjoy a 6 for 3 promotion. But the staff made ridiculous excuses, saying that because we had 5 pax + 2 non eating pax, they could only accept the promotion for 4 dishes and billed the other 2 dishes separately.
When we tried to reason with the wait staff, the lady snatched the bill back and raised her voice at ask, saying "这样 restaurant 怎样赚钱". The male staff tried to rationalise the long wait time by saying they had other customers to serve and 45minutes was the normal wait time. There were only 3 or 4 tables of 2 to 4 customers in total, and a 2 pax table that came after us had their food served first. And don't other restaurants have other customers to serve too? Unbelievable.
