Le Wu Cafe - Singapore - Photo album

Thai food was rather authentic. But the taste was average. And portions were not big as compared with the price. Ambience along the roadside n just by a bus stop did not spoil our dinner but may made have it slightly dusty for our liking.
Wanted to find some Asian food around botanic gardens instead of the usual cafes & chanced upon this. Surprisingly authentic delicious Thai food. No ambience to speak of as it’s all alfresco dining beside the main road. very reasonably priced. The chicken basil was great & the oyster kailan was very
Tasty Thai food without the pretentiousness. Cash only. Singha beer at a four bottle discount. Al fresco seating that reminded me of dining street side in Bangkok. We had the green curry and Tom yum seafood and another lovely dish. Highly recommended
Last visit was in August 2017. Had a 5 star experience, food was great and staff was understanding back then. Went to eat again today May 2022, after so many years, food standard has dropped alot since then, cutting on ingredients, staff was unfriendly to my parents. Food is not great but still not
Super underrated Thai food!! Absolutely love the dishes at Lewu Cafe - my favourite dish is the basil chicken rice (not pictured). The olive rice is also extremely fragrant. Prices are affordable and food is much better than those chain Thai restaurants. Highly recommended!
Food is Authentic. Basil pork priced at $13 a dish is reasonable and this dish was also very tasty. Tom Yum soup was quite bland but I liked it as it tasted like there was no msg (I'm only guessing) Iced Lemon Grass Tea was bland at $2.50 per glass. I tried Assam Prawn, was good but I find it a tat
Simple cafe within walking distance from Botanic Gardens that offers elegant Thai cuisine at reasonable price. Dishes are beautifully portioned and taste great.
very interesting haunt in the midst of overpriced cafes; often frequented by students in the area! Would recommend if you’re looking for an affordable and tasty option in the area. My friends seemed to enjoy the green curry fried rice and fried kway teow!
