I wouldn't say the service is bad as staff were really polite and nice; they were simply clueless and/or not trained well. The food was good overall so kudos to the chefs (only grouse is the sushi rice had a little too much vinegar). But they tried to charge us for a wrong order they brought to our table; and even said we ate it all - yes we did, but that's cos we thought it was something that we ordered as it was of similar texture. Even after our explanation, the waitress still had to bring it to mgmt to check if it was OK to strike the item off the bill. Not a great way to make us feel comfortable.

Awesome place! A little disappointed that Ritz labo is no longer here but well. Good Japanese food is always welcomed in my opinion. And no joke they hired this amazing sushi chef and the ingredients are also imported from Japan. Everything is like so much better than places like ichiban boshi. Only downside is that while it's affordable for the quality of food its serving, it's on the not that cheap sorta range. But well if you wanna go to like ichiban boshi or smth I'd reccomend you come here instead
