Not sure how this place is rated 4 stars - our experience was poor. The ambience is nice enough, indoor and outdoor for a coffee, and seating reasonably comfortable. Prices are a tad high versus comparables for what it is. Breakfast Platter is $29++ and pastas around that or a tad more, for e.g.

As we were in orchard area looking for a pet friendly place for breakfast, decided to try this place out. We didnt have a reservation on a public holiday, but they managed to get us a outdoor seating for us and our furkid. We ordered the big breakfast and truffle omelette. Big breakfast didn't "wow"
Love the coffee ๐ฅโ๏ธand cosy Dempsey Hill atmosphere. The BIG Dempsey breakfast is wonderful and always a treat when you want a hearty brunch !! They serve breakfast till 3pm on weekends and PH. The new management have taken over from Jones the Grocers but have maintain the high standards ๐๐
