Review Ben's Cookies - Singapore

Bought myself a dark chocolate cookie and totally loved it! While SGD 2,95 for a cookie is rather pricey, but there were no regret once I took the first bite of this cookie. It is not the crunchy type, but rather the soft and slightly chewy type. The amount of melted dark chocolate chunks were generous and I could taste the high quality of the chocolate used. Really enjoyed it. Note: Photos taken before the pandemic.

Cookies are good. They look the same and taste the same as he ones we love in Convent Garden in London. The large box is a good deal. Buy 10, get 5 free. That works out to be able $2 a cookie. I asked for it to be packed into 3 boxes, and they charge an extra 50 cents for each additional box.

Excellent service rendered by staff name Shaf. Pleasant and cheerful. There’s a chinese girl (i didn’t get her name) put on a long face, no smile & thank you. Poor service. Owner, please look into this matter.

Big and delicious cookie. Most times I would have mine packed. Simply just pop it in the microwave oven for 10sec to make it warm again 😊

I have been a huge fan of Ben’s Cookies since my first one years ago at the original Oxford store. Heartbreaking to see the standard dropping !! I bought one a few days ago and literally couldn’t continue after 1 bite. The taste was completely “off”, maybe it wasn’t butter that was used, the dark chocolate also tasted weird. I was so disappointed, I walked back to the store to let the staff know something was wrong. And all she did was offer me another one. What would I do with another bad cookie when I couldn’t even continue with the one I already have ?? She just said defensively that everything was baked fresh everyday.

Very nice tasting and flavourful and soft textured chocolate cookies. Yummy. Makes a good sweet dessert and snack anytime.

I couldn't finish either of the 2 cookies I bought. They lacked flavour - just sugary sweet and no chocolate taste. One tasted like milk powder. The texture was not chewy, and they did not seem freshly baked. Worst cookies I've ever had.

Service was average, the cashier was chatting I had to call out really loud several times until she finally noticed me. But she was quite friendly and helped choosing the cookie flavours. As for the cookies, not too sweet, and quite soft. I like the taste

This shop is quite famous here in singapore.

Tried their white chocolate and dark chocolate cookies. I must say the white chocolate is abit too sweet, whereas their dark chocolate is spot on!

Sometimes Queues are to be expected, but it is worth to try.

Well done Ben’s Cookies 👏🏻👏🏻
Located at the basement of Wisma. Ben's is a good cookie shop. My fave is the one with orange, cookies with chocolate are heavenly... lemon cookie is ok. brought some back home to PH.

This one is Dark Chocolate Cookies. All the cookies in here are delicious. The price is $2.95 each, but if you buy 5, you get 2 free for $14.75. It's really recommended ❤

My fave soft baked cookies of all times! Always buy ben's cookies when it came to Singapore! My favorite is their white chocolate, double chocolate and macadia. Located at Atria's basement, this cookies parlor from london is deff a must try!
