Cookies are good. They look the same and taste the same as he ones we love in Convent Garden in London. The large box is a good deal. Buy 10, get 5 free. That works out to be able $2 a cookie. I asked for it to be packed into 3 boxes, and they charge an extra 50 cents for each additional box.

Big and delicious cookie. Most times I would have mine packed. Simply just pop it in the microwave oven for 10sec to make it warm again 😊

Very nice tasting and flavourful and soft textured chocolate cookies. Yummy. Makes a good sweet dessert and snack anytime.
I couldn't finish either of the 2 cookies I bought. They lacked flavour - just sugary sweet and no chocolate taste. One tasted like milk powder. The texture was not chewy, and they did not seem freshly baked. Worst cookies I've ever had.
Service was average, the cashier was chatting I had to call out really loud several times until she finally noticed me. But she was quite friendly and helped choosing the cookie flavours. As for the cookies, not too sweet, and quite soft. I like the taste
