Review Honeymoon Dessert - Singapore

Delicious desert. Authentically food and fresh. It was really crowded but we got really fast a table and then you have to order at the cashier and they told us the special and famous mango sago should take longer about half hour but after 10 minuts we get it. So good service

A place for a simple dessert, nothing more and nothing less. I find most of the hot versions of desserts a tad too watery and a bit too sweet, but it will give you a good taste of local desserts. This time I went for the chestnut with almond milk as pictured, but I should have opted just for the chestnut. The almond milk overpowered the chestnuts. Would I go back? Yes, if I were in the mood for some sweet dessert and nothing else was around the bend, as this place is certainly for those who have acquired the taste of its offerings.

Mango pomelo sago should be called coconut cream with bits of mango instead. There was no mango juice or puree. When we brought up with the waitress how the photo looked completely different, she just said that’s how it is. Extremely poor customer service and false advertising on the menu. Won’t be back.

Awesome selection of dessert; hot and cold. I tried the Red Bean with Dumpling. It's cold and the red bean is good with traditional orange peel in it. The dumpling filling is generous and tasty! Recommend!

A bit expensive for dessert. The coconut durian vanilla is nice. The Classic Tiramisu is and ice cream. Don’t to my liking.

Really delicious and refreshing Asian-style desserts. Yummy!

Desserts are quite tasty although the presentation isnt that nice. Price is worth it, depending of what you will order.

Very nice spot to get a dessert. Especially loved the fruit platter and the icecream. A bit expensive.

After having lunch nearby, my family decided to come here for dessert. Surprisingly, the time we went, it wasn’t busy. We ordered their warm black sesame, walnut paste/soup like dish. Mango and black sticky rice, caramelised sago pudding which was a 10min wait and my dish had sago balls and some seed which I can’t remember the name of.

The prices are reasonable but taste was average. I actually enjoyed my dish but my family thought their was just okay. I don’t have too many Asian desserts to compare to but I have walked past this place at night when it was very busy.

I’m a fan of mango, sago, and pomelo so it’s very obvious what’s my favourite dessert here. Whenever I’m in town, I’ve to drop by here and have my fix mango sago pomelo. The best!!! The best!!

Honeymoon Dessert is a dessert heaven for peeps with a sweet tooth. Straight from Hong Kong there are 7 stores in Singapore with more than 100 dessert items on the menu to choose from. Our durian pancakes are soooo good, the pancake is paper thin, filling is soft and creamy, dominated with durian flesh. I'm glad we got 2 because you really shouldn't stop at 1.

A somewhat reliable place to get your dessert fix. Not the best I've had, but it's pretty decent and convenient. We tried the tang yuan in ginger soup as well as the Beancurd and sesame paste.

Since Zomato has yet listed their venue in Vivo then, I'm reviewing their Orchard listing since it couldn't be too different. Hopefully they will increase their listing soon or I will need to help them do it 😸😸😸

FOOD
Always good, my favorite is the mango pomelo sago, brought my nephew here a few times and he loves it too.

SERVICE
At Vivo, it was tended by Chinese lady who can't speak English. But everyone was nice and decent.

AMBIANCE
They have renovated since, they ised to be all dark wood and yellowish. Now very plain white with marbles and clean. Love their new interior.
