TLDR: Contrary to popular belief, I think their flavours aren't that delicious 🤔. Pricing is more expensive than other fast food outlets 💸.
My friends and I bought their family pack for 4-5 pax sharing 🍽 ($45). A bit weird we can choose only 4 sides and 4 dips when 5
Bought via deliveroo and paid close to $60 but we were missing one whole box of mushroom fritters, voodoo french fries and cheese sauce. Was really excited for the food but was very disappointed
Disgusting flavour at Vivo city outlet. Waited 45mins just for this strong vinegar covered chicken. Almost puked cannot eat anymore 🤮🤮🤮 disappointed..
8 PCs wings took 45 mins to prepare. What a joke! Wasn't a full house. No one at the Q.
The Louisiana Voodoo fries are excellent, crispy on the outside and soft n fluffy on the inside. Drizzled w moreish cheese & ranch sauce cajun seasoning. EXTREMELY slow service. came on a saturday afternoon when the restaurant was pretty empty, but lo and behold, food takes a MINIMUM of 30 minutes to be ready.
unless you have loads of time to spare sitting around, the food is definitely not worth the hype.
Do not patronise unless you have too much time. We ordered at 1.15PM, it's 1:46 and "your order is still not ready, maybe 30 minutes" - for just 8 wings :)
Edit: Order finally arrived 1:51PM. Imagine waiting an hour for lunch when there is less than 10 groups of customers at the store. 😂

I am not a big fan of chicken but I liked theirs. Every flavour was actually good.
The place was packed when we got there but we easily found a table. Our order was ready in maybe 15 to 20 minutes. The boneless choice was just as good as the original. A bit pricey but worth it.
