Well maintain estate located next to MRT and many neighborhood business. People are friendly. The Google Maps has some trouble with this location for some reasons, especially the block 2. On Google maps it show only block 1 but farrer gardens has two blocks.
MRT Exit is B, just next to the escalato
This is a good place to live if you don't mind the traffic and dust. But it offers a large range of convenience with mrt underground market with hawker centre accross the road
