Cafe Brio's - Singapore - Photo album

Completely revamped in June 2016. Great variety and good quality spread. Modern and chic ambience. Service team ranged from personable to the usual dour. Fortunately more of the former. Overall great first impression.
Local food buffet with occasional international food. Can be enjoyable sometimes. A bit costly though.
Newly renovated in June 2016. Its buffet spread has completely changed to a whole new level.
Lots of varieties of food, the food replenish quite frequently, there is also Alaska crab and oyster.. Good price
Nothing special. The high tea was very ordinary for the price - they didn't even have proper teacups and served the tea in a mug - not even by the pot. Scones and other pastries were underwhelming. Service staff were fairly clueless.
Dinner was $62 (or $64?) dollar per person (without 10% service charge and 7% gst) on a weekday. We went to Cafe Brio on the 6th of July 2015 and feasted on the diverse SG50 menu. The dinner started with the seafood- oysters, mussels and prawns drizzled with lemon juice. After that, we had sushi,
lousy food for $33 per person, nothing to eat nothing apertizing. Chef just grab a lump of sashimi and put on my plate. WORST BUFFET I EVER HAD. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
Nice buffet. Hotel is near the river.
