Went to the Bedok Branch on Sunday, 9th September to grab their promotion but was left horribly disappointed.
1. It opened only at 11 am, instead of 9 am (danialfooddiary) or 10am (Google).
2. Brown Sugar Pearls were not ready when they open for business. Seriously? A bubble tea shop without pearls?
3. Their computer system was down, meaning all orders had to be taken manually, resulting in long queues and waiting time.
4. The young lady at the cashier had close to zero product knowledge (although I can empathise with her being extremely stressed).
5. The promotion of "Buy a drink and get a bread free" was changed last minute with a sticker on their placard stating "pay the price of whichever is higher. Since most of their breads are more expensive than their drinks, the promotion now becomes "Buy a bread and get a drink free".But nowhere online or on Facebook was this mentioned or clarified. Although the difference is probably a dollar or so, it is still a dishonest act. They probably realised how much money they have lost over the week and decided to cut their losses.
6. When I went in at 11 am, some of the breads are already on display and they are not warm. I bought one of the rainbow lava breads and ate it in the afternoon. It tasted sour and rancid. Definitely spoiled. Suspected it is probably leftover bread from the day before.
7. I also did not receive any limited edition gifts from them despite spending more than the required amount of $15.
Well, there is always a first time to try everything. For MuYoo, it is definitely the last time too. Drinks were not that great too, probably because it is a franchise (gone wrong).

The day I had tried the pineapple favour. That’s nice and good taste. I can feeling the cheese and pineapple juice in same time. This is amazing 😉

Tried the Watermelon Cheese Cloud, Watermelon Rose Cloud and Roasted Oolong Rose Cloud. Found the Cheese Cloud too cloying for my taste (still better than LiHo though), but the Rose Cloud was excellent!! Light, fragrant and complemented the Watermelon and Roasted Oolong.
