chance upon this cafe as I stroll along the shop houses. I'm loving this cafe ! would love to order more but just had my main meal thus just ordered molten Lava choc cake with a nice scoop of Earl Grey tea ice cream. Nice pairing. Will be back! keep up the reat work and stay safe team. 💪😍

Nice fanciful desserts. Strawberry sorbet is my top choice. Waffle is good. Next time, I will do away the free toppings. Too sweet for me. Pleasant place to chill out with your friends…

Very cool and nicely furnished cafe. However staff have to take note of safe distancing within the cafe. Customers crowded at the ice cream counter deciding on ice cream flavor for their waffles. The staff said there is no ice cream menu at the cashier, perhaps they should create one or have extra menus on the table or via app? Too much sauce used on the waffles, so it's a tad too salty. Do take note that dining is restricted to an hour only, but it's good enough desserts.

Nice place to chill in a shop with interesting decoration if you don't care about the 1 hour dine in, $18 for two scoops and a waffle and lackluster flavors due to no tasting allowed. Earl Grey was way too milky and sweet, to the point I thought it was Thai milk tea instead. Banana wasn't great either and Matcha Waffle just tasted like white chocolate with all the small white chocolate chips scattered all over. Won't be returning as there's a better alternative just a min walk away.

Nice place to chill. Coffee is good. Waffle is really yummy and crispy. They also serve Japanese beer. Will be back to try other waffles and ice cream. Skip the truffle fries.

Nostalgic with a easy on the ears atmosphere. Ice cream is above average with a good variety of flavours with interesting choices. Waffles unfortunately were a letdown with very "premix" vibe and did not have the fluffiness that I've enjoyed elsewhere. Service was good with friendly staff that were more than happy to explain the different waffles available.

2nd time visit to this cafe, was there on an eve of public holiday about 8pm plus and it was full house, might need to wait for a while for a table. Great selection of gelato flavors which you can choose to have them with waffles or lava cake. The gelato was nice, very creamy and good flavor. Cafe design is very cute, good for Instagram pics. Nice cafe to chill and chit chat with friends.

Charcoal waffle with brownie ice cream was incredible! Most definitely one of the best waffles I've had. Nicely crisp outside, fluffy on the inside with just the right amount of bite. Waffle was not sweet, allowing for the eggy flavour of the batter to complement the ice cream. Cider float was a first for me. Skeptical at first but it was delicious. Cafe is going for the old school eclectic vibe which is cool, altho lighting could be a little better to look more upbeat. Half filled on a Sunday evening around 7pm. Def a new fav dessert stop in the area. Will be back for the coffees.

Staffs being absolutely ridiculous. Friends and I were taste testing when we first came in, and then decided to go for 2 scoops of ice cream. Upon paying for the ice-cream at the cashier, weird enough the (female) staff serving us didn't give us new spoons with the ice-cream we bought. Instead, when we asked for new spoons, staff just went "you reuse the (taste testing) spoon lah!" and brushed us off, rushing us to pay. That's rude to begin with, so the first incident was already a disappointment. What made matters worse was the fact that we sat down just about 45 minutes before closing, but almost immediately after we sat down, the staffs came telling us (multiple rounds) that the shop's closing soon. We acknowledged, and was trying to enjoy our ice cream as much as we can so your team could pack up because we understand your team needs to get off work. But just about 30 minutes before the shop closes, the staffs (to our surprise after constant reminders from the moment we sat down) started turning off all the aircond and lights as to where we were sitting, and across the entire shop as well (obviously to signal to the customers to get out of the shop in the rudest not-so-subtle way possible). Other customers automatically left the shop while my friends and I had to rush to finish our paid ice-cream so your staff can get off work after such bad customer service? Took a look back just before leaving the shop and actually saw the staffs grinning because their plan to chase customers off somehow worked, and that is just being rude (and not professional) at a whole new level. That's the second incident, and following up to that is also my friend's incident just a couple of days ago. She told me that the staff was being not very nice to her because she couldn't decide on the flavours and it took her a while to get her ice-cream. The staff was basically glancing at her the whole time she asked to taste test other flavours. Then, she had almost the same experience as I did of (subtly but obviously) being rushed off by the staffs, again because they came in about an hour before closing for 1 scoop of ice-cream, and wasn't able to enjoy it because your staff just wanted her to pay and eat her ice-cream elsewhere because "the shop is closing soon" as in closing 1 hour to 30 minutes before the actual closing hours? Appreciate the management's pm asking for feedback, but I personally think that if it only happened once I'm fine with it. But given my friend had no idea I had a bad encounter here when she told me "never go to 5themoments anymore because of their staffs are probably trying to rekt the business", and knowing that she's had an equally bad experience, this shows that there's a problem with your staff, and perhaps you should solve this staff attitude problem or your pm asking for feedback won't do you good. Please improve on this.

Firstly, your staffs’ face looked like they were owed millions of dollars. No greetings and no one came to us as we stood by the ice cream counter for a period of time. Later when I called the staff for assistance and wanted to test the taste of ice creams before we buy. There were 3 of us and each of us tested 2 rounds because some of the flavours we wanted were finished. I was the last person among the 3 of us to ask to test my 2nd taste test of ice cream and the staff in Long hair literally rolled eyes. And then there’s the other in shorter hair making drinks, I asked if they served plain water she simply point to the self service station for water and turned away. These gestures from them are simply rude and unwelcoming. Good luck 5 the moments, I hope you can still prosper with these type of attitude. I will not recommend to people.

The ambience is great. But the ventilation is absolutely horrible. The smell/smoke that comes from cooking stays in the cafe and doesn't go anywhere. It's impossible to stay there beyond 15-20 minutes. Which makes it not a very good place to chill or relax.

Love it. It's a unique place. Suitable for all. Do love their durian gelato.. will definitely visit again when I'm in town!

The staff is too slow. I don't understand why it takes 20 mins to heat up a chicken pie. I will never set a foot on there again

Nice place for catch up with friends. No complaints on drinks n foods. If there is a ordering sheet or "number" besides each of the items in the menu, it would really make our order for 10 pax much simple. �

This is my favorite cafe in TP! Their chocolate lava cake with ice-cream is the best combo! ^^

Matcha tiramisu is really good. Love the homely ambience and deco. Staff is friendly.

Great decor and cozy environment. The gelato waffle is a must try. Good place to chill and relax if in town or after work and on weekends!

Of course my unlucky strike continued to dessert. Tried a new ice cream around the block and ordered durian and dark truffle and upon my third bite I chewed in a small piece of plastic and even noticed a black hair embedded in the scoop.. Then I knew I was done eating for the night..

Dessert/ice cream cafe near the tanjong pagar MRT. Tried the new pandan waffles ($12.8) with ferrero rocher ice cream. Ice cream flavor is really hazelnutty though it did not really fit with the waffle lel, my bad for choosing that. Waffle was the overly crisp type, drizzled with gula malaka and pandan flavor is delectable<br/><br/>F&B 4.25/5<br/>Ambiance 4.25/5<br/>Service 3.75/5
