Small but good mall. Has all necessities in the first floor: fairprice, littlefarm, petlovers, and a foodcourt! Plus coffee shop LR boulengerie and little farm restaurant! Plus popstation and vet and natureland!
If you go over the bridge, the strip mall across has Pantler (favorite pastry and coffee)!
The walkability out of the mall is not the greatest. You have to walk far to cross the car pathway to get to bus stop. Why they can’t just put a cross path?
Nice place in a good location. Interesting shops. Carpark is easy to get to. But limited selection of eateries in the building.
My lawyer's office is in the tower block. but the suburban mall is well equipped and has all the brands to keep you busy in case you are too early for an appointment or just to while away time. good and spacious car park
