Had a (large) Berg with cheese, (5 pcs) calamari, (5 pcs) onion rings and the chocolate dinosaur stout. The beef patty is so juicy and the burger is delicious. We thought of ordering both calamari and onion rings to see which is better and in the end we come to the conclusion both are excellent. The chocolate dinosaur stout is not as good as rogue chocolate or pink blossoms’ hundred years but they have a special promo where 400ml cost only $6. Very worth it. Loved everything and will come back definitely!

A surprisingly empty yet cosy place to chill at night! The burgers were at an affordable and very-worth-it price! I LOVEEEEE the buns! They toast it so good! The staffs are very friendly as well and I love everything about this place. Will come back again :)

Trying to pass IMPOSSIBLE berg as IMPOSSIBLE BURGER. Not amused when my veggie burger arrived and it looked nothing like impossible meat. While they have excellent fries, I would not go back. Their veggie burger is overpriced compared to alternatives.

Pretty good burgers but my favorite part was that they had Peroni beer. My favorite beer. My girlfriend and I split a burger on our way back to our hotel and it was just pretty good. It didn’t knock my socks off, just a solid burger. I wouldn’t mind coming backTo try some of the other food on the menu. The place was simple and seems like not a bad place to hang out.

Enjoyed the laid back, modern burger joint ambience. The Mac and cheese bites were tasty. However, the main dish was a huge disappointment. I got the lamb burger, and the patty was incredibly dry and saltless. Which was unfortunate because it was packed with spices and herbs. But the meat was so dry, and the patty itself had no salt.

Patty was bland and dry. The blue cheese used is of very low quality and not evenly spread (huge clump in the middle). Bacon was crispy but flavour was lacking. Definitely doesn't qualify as gourmet variety. I would go back to Burger King.

Just had dinner at the Katong branch. Heard this place have really good burgers but to my disappointment, the burgers were not up to standard at all. Ordered mumbo jumbo and Berg with cheese - both burgers turned out to be dry and we had difficulty chewing and swallowing. Not to mention, the attitude of the waitress was appalling as she was rude when taking orders, even signalling one of us to go to the counter to place our order instead when we asked her to come over to take order. This would be acceptable if it is a fast-food joint, but branding itself as a gourmet burger place, maybe not. That said, I liked the ice lemonade though, probably the only good thing about this place. Look forward to better burgers in the future.

We visited the branch at Haji Lane and We ordered Mumbo Jumbo and the only Mutton burger on the menu. Chicken patty is bland and full of tendons(which I don't understand why it could be there in the first place), mutton patty is nothing impressive too. Fries are hard, overfried.
Definitely overpriced for such a poor quality burger and portion. Even charge us service when we have to go to the counter to take our order. The management isn't thinking clearly here. You can order charge us for service if your waiters come and take orders. I am definitely not returning for another meal. Total disappointment.

Ate at the Katong branch today. Used to be a great place that i always go back to. Today the beef burgers were total dried out and tasteless. Had to place orders at the counter even though we were the only people around. Half way through our meal- spotted the staff coming back from ourside with their lunch. Order the fish and chips and there wasn't any lemon. Not even upon request. Won't be back again

I have been eating at bergs for a good 3years now being a regular customer and recognising the staffs, both the katong and one at tanjong pagar bringing my family and friends and claiming that it is one of the best burger stands I eaten at. Back then I could get a berg w/ cheese berg size at 19$, but despite the decline in quality of the burgers charging 10% for service charge is just absurd. I believe service charge should only be present if there were actually service provided.

Had dinner earlier tonight at Bergs Haji Lane Branch and their service was superb! The burger is definitely on point! The waiter is cordial and very friendly! His name is Chaki if I'm not mistaken and definitely deserves to have a raise! People like him is an asset to this company!
