Food was ok, but not entirely impressive. Expected more flavoursome food.
If you're looking for a respite or to do some people-watching, or just missing European sidewalk cafes, this is a relaxed and cosy spot to be, over a glass of wine and deliciously satisfying pizza, right outside the side entrance of Somerset 313. Warning: there's no air conditioning. It's situated just outside of the mall. Coffees are not their forte. The Providore at Mandarin Gallery which is less than 5 minutes' walk away offers better quality food. But the service was good.
Some of the foods are good quality, but not prepared with much care. A watermelon juice where the fruit tasted old and pieces provided were mushy - not fresh. Service was not that engaged
Worst sticky date pudding I have ever had. Barely any toffee, cake overly sweet. Head to PS Cafe or the Marmalade Pantry for better versions! Also the Oreo mudpie arrived partially melted with a base that was so hard it could not be cut through. Thankfully we did not order mains. Service was fine!
Uncomfortable experience at this bar - a little girl, presumably the daughter of one of the staff, was constantly running around and shaking our table, blowing into our ears and pulling up our chairs and was poking my butt. As I left for the toilet, the girl chased me out of the restaurant and went
Had a nice cup of cappuccino with brownie & ice cream. Nice layout with indoor and outdoor seatings (covered). Staff were friendly and there was a relaxed atmosphere in that place. Good for chilling out and people-watching.
