Initial plan was to try the bibimbap with the quinoa option. Found out that they aren't able to offer this anymore. Tried the other food items shown in the photos. The food was good considering the price, portion and taste. The staff were friendly and nice to me in answering my queries. They serve relatively good coffee, again considering the price, portion and taste. I would go back to patronise this outlet.

Considerably a healthier version of bibimbap, I like that there's a lot of greens in the bowl. Their chicken was crispy and tasty.
Price for set meal $12+

1. Clean place
2. Decent pricing
3. Friendly female young crew whom I met today
4 stars for the above- the egg item which was a set add in was nice and warm
I will visit again and I hope that they can offer set meals like in Seoul.
The outlet is the longest surviving one at Citylink Mall. The rest came and went.
With the low traffic and people on WFH...not sure if many can last.

What a disappointment, food quality and service has gone down terribly. Bibimbap vegetables not fresh and smells weird. The soup taste weird with 3 pieces of tauge in the soup. No side dish given or even the gochujang to go with the bibimbap (have to ask the staff for it). Also ordered a very sad red hot chilli chicken with rice that cost you $8.50 (see photo). Original Paik coffee also not available. Store cleanliness is poor, tables not cleaned and a lot of tables are left uncleaned. Only saving grace is the fried chicken. Always been a supporter of Paik’s but after this, not going to return forever.

The soup - which came with my bibimbap - tasted off-putting. I quickly decided to spare myself from drinking any more soup.
I have eaten Korean cuisine at other shops before - where the soup tasted fantastic - so please don't tell me "that's just the Korean way".

This restaurant Used to be good. Today its quality dropped below average foodcourt standard. Rice is very soft and watery. Sauce is very salty… what happened?

I am the regular customer here. Disappointed with the standard dropped so much since i visited last time.. The fried chick with sweet and spicy sauce is cold and hard. More soggy flour taste than crispy chicken taste.
