Sanpoutei Ramen - Singapore - Photo album

Delicious meal as usual! Love the chewy texture of the noodle and the flavour has been consistently maintained. The only downside is the circulation of air is not as fantastic. The strong fragrance of the noodles does feel overwhelmed if you enjoy circulated fresh air while dining. Still a fantastic
One of the best ramen! Highly recommended! Went for the signature shoyu with extra egg and char Siu for $17. The noodle is springy and thick, the broth is amazing without being salty. The bamboo shoot which I usually don’t like was so good and soft it was almost like a good mushroom! Only down side
