Their pastries smells so good even far from their shop. Ordered a savory and sweet for a start. Food and drink are decent. Do take note of their kitchen cooking hour as some menu are not available from 2:30pm as the kitchen is closed. But other non kitchen cooking items are available, check with them before order.

Great breads and cafe grub. It is nestled in a quiet corner. The breads have a schedule when they are baked in the morning in case you want bread hot out of the oven. Will highly recommend the croissants.

The food here is always nice! We are always here for the Crown Breakfast set! Everything is just nice! Except for today we are missing the pastry that is ring around the egg! 😫 Other than that, everything is good! Good services from an uncle at the cashier this morning.. very helpful and friendly! 👏👏 Made our trip there so happy!

One of my favourite bakeries here. Their bread is soft and fluffy while tasting delicious and freshly baked. Pastries are tasty and ambience is very chill. Favourite pastry is the CROWN DOUBLE CHOCOLATE cookie!!!!!! definitely a must try

I would put this as a 3.5 star place based the Patty Melt served, but the chicken ciabatta order was pretty good so pushes it to a 4. The Patty Melt didn't exactly melt with 2 slices of cheese just stacked neatly on the Patty. Taste wise it's good, but as a cheeseburger. The point of a melt is to bring out the cheese oils so that they get everywhere, the pungence is meant to dominate the bite. This didn't happen at all and thus remains a cheeseburger. I would love to see the brioche slice thicker at 30-50% more (dump the nachos), melt the cheese thoroughly, and that's it! The chocolate milkshake meant to be cloying to contrast with the strong sandwiches, was instead quite mild with some unsweetened plain ice cream.

Delicious breads/pastries. Had a splendid time here. Friendly and helpful staffs! Will definitely return every few weeks to try out their different selection 😄

First time visit to Crown. Tried a couple of pastries and I must admit that it’s nice and also have a wide variety of food and bread options. Will definitely be back to try other food items if nearby the area.

Had been going there quite regularly recently. Bread spread is unique and tasty. As what some had mentioned, hot food not really hot but I am ok with it as I am not too fussy. Ambience so so outside seatings hot so prefer to sit inside but only limited seats. Food portion still ok but drinks portion not really ok for the price. I find it very pricey. Two breakfast sets plus two drinks cost me $53. However, food quality ok. Customer service ok for some staff while no service from some. Sometimes will show black face. Will like to give 3.5 stars but between 3 and 4, I chose 3 nainly cos of the price and service. But I will still patronise them for the bread and food.

Customer service is substandard and very unpleasant. I was handed a wrong bag with someone else's bread and I took it back to the bakery. Although it wasn't convenient, these things can happen and I was fine with it until that point. Staff handed me the bag with the bread I bought, then again I found they packed different bread from what I ordered. They changed it to the right one, but charged extra for the price difference. I checked later that I actually paid correctly at first, but it was the bakery staff who put the wrong bread then charged me twice for nothing. When I went back and pointed this out, there was not even a word of sorry or apology, but only a very rude staff abruptly returning me the money that they shouldn't have charged.

Came early on a Sunday morning, the crowd wasn't here yet but the yummy breads sure were there. There was already a huge selection when I came at 8am. Ordered an Avocado and Ricotta Tartine ($15!), Sourdough bread with scrambled eggs ($6), a hot matcha latte and a skinny latte. Service was prompt and the servers were very friendly and nice. Also tried (take-away), the Purple Yam Anpan, Koji Anpan and Green Tea Anpan, each was $1.80 and super tiny sized in my opinion. The fillings were all good and the best part: they are not too sweet. Will come back to try more of their breads and drinks.

Visited this morning at 740am. (i31 dec 2017 ). There were only 2 lady servers. A taller one of the two served me She has a sulky face as if the Mgt has owe her money. I ordered my egg Benedict plus add on and paid $25 for the takeaway. And request for more sauce for teh egg. She said ok. When I collect the food I ask if she has given me more aide. She said yes. And walked away. I checked and found that only the standard amount of sauce was given I asked I she can give more sauce. She says need to charge $1 more for additional sauce. I was pissed by her attitude and told her to go ahead And charged and pass her $2 for it. She return back from the outran with the extra sauce and ya her colleagues say no need to charge ? What lousy services she is offering to the customers. Saw some write up say eat like a king or fit for a king. What a BS which such a server around

Do seriously consider having cream cheese served with the bagels. Or at least have the option for dine in guests to purchase some cream cheese, kinda strange without.

Great location. Great setup & ambience. But cooked food not great. Eggs ben overcooked, not runny. Eggs marinara sauce tasted right out of Prego's can.

Was told that waiting time for hot food was 30 minutes. Decided to get the chicken and cheese bread as it'll only take 5 minutes to warm it up but some parts were still somewhat cold. Staff informed that they might have accidentally charged twice to my card and was told to come back again for a refund if that did happen. Not sure I'd come back for the $3.90 refund, let alone for the food. At least water was complimentary.

As already reviewed weeks ago, after having received reply from the management saying they would have improved their standard on service, I gave it another try!! Holy cow! 3 people behind the counter, my friend ordering, first person take the order, then she put food in a basket, second person comes and asks for our order again, no one of the 3 has started preparing the coffee yet.... Only few pastries available at 9.40am! And croissant which is the basic, is not available.... As last time I wrote....long way for an average service level! Such a pity!

I purchased a Sugar coupon to try Crown's croissant and was informed it was strictly for dine-in only. Having just had lunch, I offered to to purchase more items, but the cashier insisted i had to sit down to have it. Was very disappointed with the inflexibility and had to unfortunately go off without trying anything.
