Enjoyed the coffee but loved the waffle! Made to order and topped with ice cream and marshmallow (not too sweet). Beautiful latte art - prices are average. Not sure why the ratings are so low, the only downside was the slow service (but tolerable), would come back.

Came for the coffee, stayed for the Waffles! I'm still amazed how they got their signature lattes to taste so true to their described flavour. usually when you order a flavoured latte, the resulting syrup-coffee concoction is certainly sweet, but not that reminiscent of the flavour on the label. but their sweet potato, earl grey and blackberry lattes were all spot on! earl grey was definitely my favourite, don't order the blackberry unless you enjoy slightly tart fruit flavours with your coffee.
The waffles were outstanding, I'm still stuffed thinking about them. a relatively small selection of ice creams, but each of them were delicious - especially the tokyo banana. waffles crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and not overly drenched in sauce, allowing the other flavours and ingredients to shine through. A selection of toppings, waffle bases and ice creams provides thousands of possible combinations.
If you have a sweet tooth and like good coffee and ice cream, this is the place for you.

Friendly staff, extremely accommodating and very helpful. They smile a lot too. I feel So welcomed the moment I entered the place despite it being very busy. We were told there were no more seats left so decided to get cakes and tarts to go. Halfway through, the cashier told us a table just opened. Offered us the seats instead of just letting us continue our order to go.
I ordered the smores waffles and they were divine. Will definitely come back!

We ordered hojicha soft serve with waffles, and it was brilliant. Soft serve is well balanced and not too milky or creamy, while waffles have a good mix of plain and chocolate base. There’s also a wide selection of ice cream flavours if hojicha is not your thing.

Lovely buttermilk waffles which are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We had the custom waffles they pair so well with the earl grey and strawberry ice cream. Strawberry ice cream is a little too sweet for my palate but definitely good ice cream. The mentaiko chips’s plate was aesthetic but not functional with all the bonito flying around with each attempt to take a piece of chip; a bit of a mess to eat but still tasted good.

Location - very difficult to find parking, so beware of this. Via taxi or grab is good.
Food - decent but not fantastic to shout about. Waffle is on point, ice cream is above average..
Ambiance - NIL for couple, it's very noisy as its a small area, alot of youngster talking very loudly, so if you looking at nice and chill place this is not exactly the best place.
Pricing - the average price of $10++, not cheap but its not exactly expensive as well.
Will I come again? Maybe not, as a Google guide I saw good reviews I came to visit, its alright but probably not my cup of tea for someone in the mid 30s. If you are in 20s this may be your to go place.

Good waffles and ice cream but extremely noisy environment.
Went there on a Saturday night for dessert after dinner. Waffles was eggy and crispy, slightly on the drier side. Had the brown butter apples waffles that comes with vanilla ice cream and the combination of flavours was superb.
However, I could barely hear myself think with how noisy the cafe was. A table beside us was laughing and speaking at a very very very loud volume with intermittent bursts of shrieking laughter. Staff did nothing. Other tables, to make themselves heard, had to shout too. Very unpleasant environment.
Also, tea was a single clipper and co tea bag in a huge pot. Tea came out dilute. Which is a pity.
A good thing is that they bring every table a huge jug of water automatically.

Cheap delicious ice cream waffles located in the heartlands of Singapore. Waffles were crispy and soft to the bite, ice cream was flavour packed and the houjicha soft serve was fragrant. What more can I say?

Very disappointed with this place. Came with 12pax, not only unable to accomodate us, attitude of the people working here was really bad. Give us all a black face as if we offended them. Understood that 12 pax could be very loud, not only the push us to the most back of the place, and suddenly blasted the music in attempt to shut us up, instead could have just come to us nicely and let us know that we were loud. Not a friendly place and staff has attitude issue.

Ice cream taste above average but steep price. Decide to give lunch menu a try and regret almost instantly. Waited 20mins for the Cajun Beef Bowl without crowd and the beef is extremely tough, one of the toughest meat ever. Took me forever to chew and swallow. Not worth $12.50 at all.

4 of us went and concluded the only 'nice' dish we have ordered is the salted egg waffle with ice cream. But it's not even awesome! The salted egg sauce is watery and... Seriously... I wouldn't recommend this place at all!

I don’t recommend this shop.
It was suggested by my brother during my transit in Singapore.
Went to north bridge rd outlet.
After ordering and wanted to pay.
They don’t have nets, they accept only cash and something ends with ‘lah’.
So I told the cashier that I’m going to withdraw money and to proceed to prepare my family’s food.
When I came back from withdrawing, I saw that their desserts aren’t being served.
So I asked wether the desserts wasn’t served because I haven’t paid for it.
The cashier said yes.
I walked out controlling my anger so that I won’t create a scene.
No apologies, explanation by manager.
And someone called me back saying that I haven’t paid my single scoop ice cream (my bad, as I was furious that I forgot to pay)
Now,
1. why didn’t he say to me that the desserts wouldn’t be served till I’ve paid.
I walked all the way to raffles hospital to withdraw.
2. I’m sure they have their reason not to have ‘Nets’ but don’t you think that for a customer who is not familiar to the area. It would cause inconvenience?
I’m not recommending the shop to anyone.
There’s much nicer cafes which we went to after offering better range of food n desserts and service.

I cannot even tell people how the food tastes as I did not even get to try it even though I was physically in the shop. Here is what happened - Main door says operating hours on Sundays is till 10pm. My wife, kids and myself walked into the shop at 9.05pm. The staff said they had too many customers at that time and stopped taking new orders. I told the staff that my kids just wanted to take-away some ice-cream. They totally rejected our request and the worse feeling was the look on my kids' face when they cannot even have ice-cream especially when they are staring right in front of it. If you don't want to make more business or money, I strongly suggest you stay closed!

Staff was very attitude and one kind. Service at counter was bad even though eye contact with staff was made, they choose to ignore and serve other first even when i was there first. Not really a place to enjoy the night.

A combination of charcoal waffle with dark chocolate and affogato ice cream was heaven! Simply delicious. Avoided pouring the salted egg sauce over the waffles because it was too overwhelming. And I would highly recommend the Iced Melbourne Latte. The sea salt caramel ice cream mixed together with the iced latte is definitely a great mix!

Love their gelato and waffles! Great service from the staff. Staff were attentive even to customers waiting outside by bringing out stools for them to sit while waiting for empty tables. Don’t get why there’s so many bad reviews here. It is situated at a shophouse so space is limited so don’t be an asshole about it by bringing a large party during peak hours and demanding them to accommodate every single one of you.. Keep up the great job, guys! ��

Lovely staff and excellent service! Many thanks to Yee Ning, for being very accommodating to our needs (20 galaxy cakes and s'mores cake!) They taste superb! Honestly, I haven't experienced and differences in customer service OR product quality in the few times I've been here, crowded or other wise. Unlike most people who gave bad reviews, who generally either have never worked in the f&b industry and have terrible grammar and spelling(Seriously, other people are reading ok?) or just plain sour grapes coz they picked a bodoh time to come get waffles and kick a fuss when things run out or there's no seats.
The waffles are good, the ice cream is stupidly good, and the service is cool. That's all that matters. ;)

It was our first time at the AMK branch. Somehow he whole experience was bad. The system miss our Q number. The charcoal waffles ran out at 9:20pm. The service was average and nothing much was done to salvage the disappointment a customer had. The food was nice but it wasn't good enough to drive away that 'already bad start'. Being in a trendy F&B business, this really lacks the young, energetic and cheerful experience one should experience from such establishment. It takes improvement for anyone to come back again.

The salted egg Sauce doesn't taste like salted egg, almost like "kuah Lodeh". You guys should rework on the ingredients or go Newton and go eat salted egg crab and see the difference. Another recommendation go Fat Cat and try their salted egg.

First of all ive been here few times. (Near bugis) The reason i keep coming back is because i love the tea very much. Today i decided go back again to have the usual lychee tea w my boyfriend. We ordered 2 teas and teriyaki chicken salad. It look rlly appetizing and when i tasted it, it tasted to my liking. As we were enjoying it i saw something crawling out the salad.... Its a freaking salad worm? Idk if its from the meat or the salad itself. Im not sure wht worm is that lol. Tbh i feel like puking everything out. Its a straight away disappointment! We decided to stay calm and my bf decided to return the plate back. However the person who is working is very apologetic decided to replace our salad to some waffle ice cream. I hope you guys do a triple check on the salads and food that u guys kept in the fridge. I would love come back tho but.
