Staffs were friendly.
The missing star was due to the cleanliness of the table. The trays and rubbish were removed quite fast from the tables. However, the tables were not wiped.
The outlet was normally quite crowded, so it was normally quite challenging to find a seat.

Excellent McSpicy chicken burger. Everytime I come to Singapore I try a McSpicy.
I very rarely eat McDonald's in Sydney Australia but in Singapore I always have a McSpicy. Very good.

Experience was terrible. Staff members were generally impatient, especially with the foreign workers who often needed more time with placing their order. Packing is done with little care (see photo of chilli packet being dumped on fries).
2 stars given for the hot fries despite the take away order.

It’s not common anymore to get hot crispy golden fries in a McDonald’s. Here however, the food was fresh, hot and had a great texture. Not too busy as well!

Sometimes good/sometimes doesn’t like bcoz some people they are almost done ✅ already to eat but don’t like to stand to go out their still sit down and talking talking their while people waiting behind them so stupid. But some other good and have kind people around to offer you that say “ you turn “ to eat
Honestly i like McDonald’s with my sister bcoz every second Sunday and fourth Sunday McDonald is our place that time unfortunately the food 🥘 is good delicious 😋. McDonald is small place so that why grounded sometimes especially around 3to5pm but it’s ok no worries 😉 McDonald is the best for me ever 😊👍

The last morning I'd been here I got a dried out, overheated chicken mcmuffin. Now I'm here at 5 an, ordered a breakfast deluxe with cappuccino. And the staff refuses to give me 1/2 cup normal coffee refill. WTF! Hey guys be considerate! Not only did I get one of your expensive blast items, paying 9,50, there is free refill coffee, tea, milk from 6am onwards. So what's that for? Really annoying, unfair, and pissed me off. Won't ever come here again. It's such a rundown place a year. And dirty cleaning it's been lying around too. Yuck.

I enjoyed everytime i eat at Mcdonalds in lucky plaza, the place is nice and cozy, i love the food also.. breakfast meal is the best!! ������

Staff can never get my order right. Regardless the times that I mentioned upsize, the end result is still small drink. Questioned the staff whom prepared the order and all he said was just "no upsize". He did not even bother to ask if I needed to change the order or whatsoever.
Shouldn't expect much from a fast food outlet but you deserve this 1 star.

We (our group) are regular customers at McDonald's Lucky Plaza. Actually some of the crew already recognize us and friendly to us. We go there every weeknights starting from Thursday, Friday, and weekends of Saturday and Sunday. We enjoy to hangout here in McDonald's Lucky Plaza, more than the other branches. The barista at McCafe also make a very nice design of my caramel macchiato or cappuccino. �

I was having beeakfast in your lucky plaza branch this morning. I was greeted politely by your manager which i feel great. While consuming my breakfast, i keep hearing your kitchen staff keep on shouting. U really dont knw what happen, but its a open concept kitchen n i m not impress by it. It will be great if u can educate your staff so tat they can improve. Cheers

Situated just at the corner (in the basement)....Crowded most of the times....service is fast....staff is polite....plenty of sitting....took morning breakfast with a Cappuccino....was okay....but egg burger had chicken ham too for some reasons!!!

Visited this restaurant along with my wife. After a long search for the vegetarian food options I ended up at McDonald's at orchard road. Ordered a veggie meal consisting of veggie burger fries and cola. Completely satisfying meal and easy on the pocket too.

Tryinv their new ice cream choice : mc flurry cendol. It was interesting...they mix "cendol" and melted brown sugar with their soft served ice cream. Also they have corn flavor soft served ice cream, which u should try.
