Location is great and easy to find. Unlike the other restaurants by the quay , this is more inside. The buffet is very popular but has very few vegetarian options. A la Carte portions are huge and tasty. Especially their dal and naan. Comfortable sofas. Indian music plays in the background. Staff is friendly. Food is served quick. One of the better Indian food places with decent pricing.
Well finally we found indian restaurant in Singapore clarke quay.. one of the best fine restaurant with amazing food n service .. loved it seriously
One of the several great Indian restaurants in Singapore. There is ample space for multiple large groups, both indoor and outdoors.
I highly recommend going for the buffet, as it is definitely a better value proposition than a la carte
Buffet highlights: Tandoori chicken, Sultan dal, Fish curry
The service is sometimes sloppy, we didn't get bread baskets after much insistence, about 15 minutes. Otherwise the staff is friendly, a bit on the nervous side.
I started with the samosas which seemed rather bland, so I was a bit worried, but then the garlic naan was great and the tandoori chicken was just fantastic, perfect texture and great flavouring. So, it's excellent food but you can certainly get this good Indian for a lot less elsewhere, so you want to be keen on a night out by the river to make it worthwhile.
Love this place authentic north indian food. We just randomly chose this restaurant when heading down to Clarke for dinner. Don’t take seriously about south indians reviews. We tried the Buffet and I love the Tandoori chicken, Yellow dal the most! Small small Gulab jamun is also very nice for dessert. The staff is very accommodating & tentative. We will definitely come back. Thank you all
Food: 9/10

Riverwalk Tandoor needs no introduction. They are well known and have been a household name in the Indian F&B industry for more than a decade. From catering, to hosting private events and providing elaborate buffet spreads, they are well known for their constant innovation and refinement of their cuisine.
We dropped by to sample some of their classic and noteworthy dishes- and we were truly impressed with the quality of their food and service!
We started with the Pani Puri shots- which retained the authentic taste of a true classic street food in India. The sauce complemented the puri filling well and was an excellent starter item.
Their kebab set- comprising tandoori chicken, prawns and fish, shish kebab and murgh malai chicken- was truly mouthwatering. The meat was tender and flavourful, melting in your mouth as you savour the delicious spices they were coated with.
The garlic naan was crispy and not too overpowering. It was paired well with the butter chicken- which was rich, thick and full of buttery goodness. An interesting and rare find we came across was their chilli mutton- which tasted like an indo- chinese fusion delicacy where the meat was succulent and not dry, and topped with capsicums and onions.
Last but not least was the dessert spread- which included kulfi, rasmalai and gulab jamun. The kulfi was served in a cute little pot, and was chilled to perfection. The rasmalai was full of sweet and milky goodness, while the gulab jamun was finished within seconds of it appearing on our table- which is pretty self explanatory in itself.
Overall, we had a wonderful feast at Riverwalk Tandoor- Pls do drop by to check out their new additions to their menu and fulfill your cravings- Guaranteed! 😊✌
As Chinese, this is my 1st time went for Indian buffet dinner. Recommended by Indian Friend for this outlet, well the food is overall not bad indeed and absolutely yummy for my liking. Personally I love the lamb rendang the most. But sorry to say I cannot appreciate both the desserts served that day, both are fish balls alike stuffs, very very sweet!!
Riverwalk Tandoor is one of my highly recommended restaurants for both locals as well as tourists because : It serves authentic indian cuisine with great service, it is conveniently located just a stone's throw away from clark quay mrt, It is situated in one of singapore's most iconic locations along the singapore river, & is affordably priced even though its situated right in the heart of the city. The restaurant has been at this location for 19 long years and in Sept 2017, it went through a major revamp in design, space layout, furniture, buffet presentation style and of course a new menu too. . The revamped restaurant is now better positioned to cater to both singaporeans and tourists alike, with a well stocked bar facing the river, an al fresco area which is great for block booking or corporate events, and of course the air conditioned interior with its island shaped buffet . Kudos to the management team for breathing new life into the restaurant ….this will be my go to place to chill
by the river

Great food, but a bit pricey for Indian food.
We used a 50% coupon deal so the bill wasn’t too bad. I highly recommend using the app otherwise it can be quite pricey.
This restaurant is situated right next to Jumbo Seafood. We chose the buffet dinner, I am not familiar with Indian food so I just pick bite size portion from most of the dishes, I ended up not liking the taste of most of the dishes on the buffet table, so I just went for the bryani rice, sm chicken tandoori and lots and lots of fruits. Food wise is OK also saw some people came here for the beer only.
