First time visiting this place and the last I guess.. was deceived by the name Marche which is well known for their food and I thought this is Japanese style Marche. Tonkatsu Maruya The Katsu Curry was quite ok. The curry was flavourful We preferred the Chicken Karage Katsu Curry (S$12) to Pork Katsu Curry (S$13.50), as the chicken karage was big and tasty, whereas the pork was too thin to be good. If you happen to be there, give it a try.
Despite baring the 'Marche' name, this is just a food court that only sells Japanese food, thought initially to be part of DD Donki's since they are side by side. The Pork Fillet Tonkatsu set that I had was good though I would have prefer the meat to be thicker cut. Their prices are misleadingly c
yummy ramen. this place is convenient & food from most stalls are tasty! you have all your typical Japanese varieties here from sushi, ramen to tepanyaki!
The scent of the meat being grilled lured me here. And it did not disappoint! The meat is juicy and the sauce is savory. The peppery bean sprouts keeps the taste fresh. Not to mention the egg drop soup. How do you even cook the egg into fine strands?
Went there for a late lunch at 2pm. the Hokkaido Marche Hall was fairly empty. I ordered the Kaisen Don from Kaisen Natsume (Stall No.2). There was no queue. I waited for a good 20mins and the buzzer still has yet sounded for me to collect the food. I was surprised and went to the stall to check if
