Suntec City Mall has a Japanese Section which you will VERY EASILY MISSED. It has popular major stores & F&Bs like Tokyu Hands, Don Don Donki, Monster Curry, Godiva, Tim Ho Wan, Din Tai Fung, etc. You WILL HAVE get to the WEST ATRIUM & take the escalator up near Uniqlo or H&M from the 1st Level & you can reachout for many, many other shops after stopover at these Japanese major stores & F&B.😍Be prepared that you will need at least a day to shop at Suntec City. You can easily access directly to Suntec City via MRT to Promenade Station & take Exit A into Suntec City Mall😍🤩👍👍

Food was really good. Beer promo was great too and the beers on tap was fresh. But service was pretty poor. Maybe its my table location but i had to walk to the counter almost every time to order more beer because none of the service staff noticed my raised arms for more than a few minutes. Even when it came to payment I had to return the check to the service staff at the counter myself because no service staff came to collect the cash. And even when i did return the check i realized my cash was left on the counter at the beer taps for a good few minutes instead of being passed to the cashier and it was only until the cashier person came to me did he realize it was left on the counter at the taps. I really wonder if he forgot about it because the person who collected my check left to pass on beers to other tables instead and did not return to my check after that. Maybe its dinner time at the beginning but nearing payment it was already 9pm and the restaurant was relatively empty. I understand the night may be busy but perhaps the service staff could pay more attention to the tables too - you dont have to attend to me immediately im ok with that really but at least make it known to me that you see and know im waiting so that i can focus on my meal instead of trying to get your attention and you can allocate another staff to go over. The service was not terrible but the attention was poor and it made it a relatively bad experience.

Am dining now at Morganfield's Suntec as I type this.
I would like to give feedback on 2 things:
The below conversations and replies from both staffs were in a polite manner.
1. Please train your staff to better handle customer's feedback. I asked a waiter politely about the Bacon Wrapped Meatballs, is it usually that salty. He said it's because of the bacon and the meat are pre-marinated. Hence, if I felt it's too salty, can then order more drinks. To me, that's not the right way to get more drinks orders. Simply offering plain water will solve the issue.
2. I also ordered a set of Kid's Meal, chicken tenders with French fries. It came and when my both my girls ate the fries, they said it's spicy, only then I realised that they sprinkled black pepper on the fries. I informed one of the waitress that the food for kids should not have pepper. She replied that I should have informed when they served the food and she offered to replace it for us. The issue here is that I expect the Kids Menu to be kids friendly or declare all the ingredients used in all dishes in the menu.

Casual unpretentious chain ribs joint for your meat fix. The salads are a bit sad but I guess they’re not promoting their greens. We had their house special ribs and they were massive. Tasty but a bit dry. Service was efficient and friendly.

The seafood plate we order it so so but impressed by one of the staff Ms Maria for giving us such a wonderful n excellent services ! Thumb ups, hopefully Company give her some services reward . Absolutely will visit again to try out their pork ribs ;)

If i could give them a 0 star rating I would. Their website offers the weekend rib buffet for $40, including Public Holidays. Called up to make a booking for my guests. Upon reaching, my guests were told that the did not honour the deal. Excuse me?! But this is called false advertising! I even have the screenshot of their website and does not say anything about it being a SELECTIVE HOLIDAY promotion. Racist much?

Terrible service. Dinner for two and the mains land on the table 15 min apart... and how do you run out of fries... yes! I should have just gone somewhere else, if you are reading this I would recommend you go for dinner elsewhere.

Excellent service and good food. Child friendly place. Staff stationed outside could be more friendly and helpful, especially in giving out the balloons for children which were left hanging at the side. I had to ask them if they were meantt to be given out to the children and then took them for my grandchildren.
