Where to start... the sea food is not fresh. I tried the whole fish barramundi... it tasted of mud. The sashimi and sushi are located OUTSide of the restaurant and unmanned. The color of the salmon is murky orange and the tuna is bright red from the red dye. The sambal sotong is mushy, and the mussel broke apart like sand. The chilli crab sauce tasted weird. Avoid all the seafood because it is gross.
The ice cream scoop is shared with the durian purree, so if don't like durian, good luck for you.

Coleman’s cafe sold us a prepaid voucher for buffet via chope, advertised specifically as having ‘fresh sashimi and seafood’, among other things. However upon actually booking the table and reaching there, the restaurant neither had any sushi counter as they prominently advertised in writing in the promo, nor oysters which they have used in the official restaurant food photos.
While i understand food items offered at a buffet spread may sometimes vary, but if the item isn’t a staple offering in your buffet - Don’t advertise is as such! I call this deceptive marketing, others would probably call it a scam.
My advice to prospective patrons is to have a clear look at the spread of the day in person before making a reservation.

My family and I favourite buffet place. Will come here once every 2 weeks. Great food and ambience! Staffs are very friendly as well. The manager is helpful too. Will like to thanks Mr Perry Chan as well for his good service too. Thank you Coleman cafe for the pleasant evening :)

Claim to be "Unlimited Servings of ....." end up there's limitation.. what a joke.. Only saw they refill sashimi 6 times for dinner and told customer no more sashimi available..
More funny is that, what is serve in lunch should be serve in dinner, and what is serve in dinner does not have to be serve in lunch.. Dinner = need more food compared to lunch, why did you put some stuff in lunch and isn't in dinner's menu? is this a joke?

A 3 stars hotel but 5 stars service. Enjoyed great stay, despite of the noise from nearby construction. Thank you Mr Noordin for your professionalism aproaches on difficult customers like us, and the kitchen team to accomodate my diet.

A great place to stay in Singapore. Excelsior Tower the best to be on for most stuff, however Peninsula has the better views. Great location, easy access to the best SG has to offer, and the sidewalk cafe round the corner opp the fire station, has beer and food to suit everyone. Staff good and overall, a great experience . 👏👏.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We have a very enjoyable celebration of mum's birthday at the cafe.
We always have our celebration at Chinese restaurant but this time we celebrate in the cafe. Excellent!

Seafood are fresh. A good spread of dishes with delicious desserts.

Was about 3 minutes to Raffles shopping centre an same to city hall mrt which was great to get around Singapore. Short 10 minute walk to Clarke quay. A 20 minute walk to marina bay shopping Ctr. We also walked to Chinatown and soaked in the sights. Two pools and comfortable rooms, not large but ok. Definately worth a try

Fast vi kom flera tim för tidigt fick vi checka in på en gång och vi fick ett större rum än vi bokat när man såg min rullstol. Mycket bra läge (nära Raffles) och fantastisk utsikt.

The room was quite good and almost everything was good, except the front counter staff, who looks like chinese woman. I forgot to remember her name. She was very rude to guests and spoke in impolite manner to me when I asked for help.

A great position just a couple of little issues, Door to the room was stopped by the bed, but ok to walk in. Bed was so hard, it was hard to get a good night sleep. The shower door was such trying to close it to have a show was just possible if it squeezed into the corner of the show. it was ok in general but I won't be back. If you can't have a good night sleep everything becomes a pain.

Went to Singapore last July 2015 and this was the hotel where I stayed. The pool and sauna were great, as well as the food. Will definitely go back to this place.

The Ballroom was so damn HOT!! Told by the organiser they can do anything about the aircon as the Hotel have set it that way. The room is fill with 50 tables and it is an event with live music. Please be considerate. Only good is the FOOD! Delicious and superb! I want to give 5 stars but because i was socking wet in the ball room i only can give you 3 stars to be fair.

การเดินทางค่อนข้างสะดวกสบายมากๆ เดินจากสถานีรถไฟ city hall ไม่ไกล ไปไชน่าทาวน์ก็ขึ้นรถเมล์ไม่กี่ป้าย ไปย่านท่องเที่ยว อาทิ merlion ก็เดินไปได้ จัดว่าเป็นทำเลที่สะดวกมากๆ ทุกอย่างโอเคเลย จะดีมากถ้าห้องน้ำมีสายชำระด้วย

Great location. Beds were horrendous (like sleeping on a concrete slab!). No free Wi-Fi which in this day and age is not acceptable. Door handle fell off our door so we reported it to reception but nothing was done to fix it! An OK hotel to stay if you are doing a stop over in Singapore for a couple of nights but I wouldn't like to stay there any longer. Weird lift system to get from ground floor up to the lobby and then you have to get in another set of lifts to get to your room??????
