Checked the review online and came with expectations. Staffs were not so friendly (to us), but they were friendly and close to some other customers. Maybe because we are the first-timers, or maybe because we are Chinese-looking.

Firstly, a brunch place needs to have good coffee and this place does. After the high standards set by the Lokal in this area, it's tough for most places to live up to it. However, I was certainly not disappointed. Really attentive and welcoming staff, delicious food, decent setting and good coffee.
Food and drinks were both very impressive. Staff were extremely warm and friendly as well! He was attentive and asked for our preferences before recommending suitable drinks for us to try. What a great place to go! As a 30something I might have been swayed by the old skool indie tunes on the speakers.
