Review Rvlt Wine Bar - Singapore

The best natural wine selection in town, paired with exceptional food (we tried ALL the dishes on the menu), and friendly, fun service. This is a FUN place where you want to go with your best friends to have a great time, and it won't let you down. It's fun, guaranteed! For all those into natural wines, this is a must visit, and for all those who haven't been exposed to natural wines before, it's an excellent place to start!

A wonderful experience here. We simply love that the vibe is not of a typical wine bar, much more casual. And the foods are interesting yet delicious. We picked an orange wine that’s similar to Chardonnay and was quite impressed. Service is also attentive and quick, no fuss at all. Bonus points for no charge still and sparkling water which we hardly encounter of any other place ever does this. Bring your wine friends here! It’ll be a blast 🥂

Super fun space! Visited on a Friday evening and it was the perfect TGIF wine down type of restaurant, great selection of natural wines, food is delicious, ambience was buzzing and staff was friendly. Guaranteed a good time! Book a table in advance and take note of the timing for the 2 seatings.

Really vibrant place that is super happening on the weekend! The interiors are hip and quirky, quite like a disco vibe. We tried a few of the dishes and everything was pleasant, the only thing was that the wagyu was not served hot but it was still very tender. I would definitely come back in a group of friends to have a few bottles of their interesting natural wines and share their yummy tidbits. The tables for two people are quite tiny so I would recommend to come in a group so you can take the bigger bar tables if you plan to eat their food. Service was awesome 👏🏽 the staff are friendly and willing to recommend a wine.

A to-go spot if you’re looking for a casual hang out for natural wines with your mates. Not pretentious and you can choose an array of bottles of wine from the shelves. Not sure what you feel like drinking? The sommelier will sort that for you. Got the uni toast, truffle Mille-feuille, charred cabbage and lobster pasta. Not a big fan of the cabbage but others were delicious.

Close to the Boat Quay, we discovered this gem by chance. The first evening we just went for a glass of wine before our dinner. Immediately the good vibe kicked in, after checking the menu it was clear we will be back, soon. And so we did, we had a great evening starting with the crispy mochi which were just mouthwatering; followed by one of my absolute favorites of the night the uni butter squash, caviar on a crystal dashi bread (a must have). Next we tried the Hokkaido scallops carpaccio followed by the not so classic beef tartare accompanied by their sourdough bread, just go for it, every dish was excellent! For the main we shared the handmade pasta with lobster tail and the house XO, we also appreciate this dish for the prime ingredients and intense flavor. My husband rounded up the dinner with the chocolate millefeuille and was very pleased about it 🥰 selected wine: A Graña from Spain (dry, fruity, citrus), fitting quite well the whole dinner. Staff on the spot, friendly and fun. Highly recommended.

What I'm about to write is an amazing gastronomic experience that may only happen once.. But the creator behind these dishes (aka 阿順, or Ah Soon) is at RVLT bringing us his heartfelt passion. The pairing of a sparkling Bubbles is beautiful and the beautiful crew behind this dim sum brunch simply enhances the palate with great conversations and delightful attention. This set menu started with caramelised bacon puff pastry, shrimp dumpling and fried mochi. Following that palate wake, there's dumplings of assorted crustaceans, cauliflower congee, braised beef short ribs, panseared sticky rice and finally ginger creme brulee. I'm extremely impressed with the "harkow" skin which literally melted. The congee tasted like risotto so well balanced with the ham jelly and caviar. The braised beef was the main highlight in my personal opinion, and I wish this can be included in their regular menu to spread the joy 😂 Please visit for their other selection of delights and the entire array of unconventional wines sophisticatedly curated for you by the friendly and knowledgeable crew.

They don't have the most extensive menu but they more than make up for that by making sure that each dish served is a gastronomical delight waiting to happen. I had the hand cut pasta with lobster tail and I can still vividly remember the chewy pasta coated in a delicious sauce that strongly reminded me of lobster bisque. The lobster tail was also freshed and well poached, accompanying the pasta perfectly. Crispy mochi was nice but not worth its hefty price tag IMO.
