Nice quiet place. Food selection is limited to local cuisine. Customer service was poor. On the menu, there was half-boiled eggs. I requested for hard-boiled, the server said the machine cannot produce hard-boiled eggs. I asked if the eggs could be scrambled, he turned me down flatly that it couldn’

Reviewed on 8 Dec 2018. PappaRich, is an restaurant, serving mainly Malaysian food. This outlet is located on the premises of Novotel - Mercure on Stevens road. I only had Kaya Toast, which was good. It's open from 10am - 10pm.

Food was ok... the problem is the beef is not tender. Kind of low quality beef. I prefer tender beef. The ice tea was good, average. I paid around 15$ for this plate. It’s average. We went there only because everything was closed around 15:00.

Chicken curry nasi lemak is always my go-to! Staff is really nice. Good option if you don’t wanna eat at the hotel
