It was my first ever staycation and i guess i did choose the right hotel to stay...the room was perfect,big enough for 4 person.
Just a suggestion for your tv channels mayb you can input more movies channels like fox family,fox action movie and HBO also u can input mtv channel and lastly some malay channel like astro channel.
The customer service were great.
During our breakfast one of your staff(didnt get his name) he actually inform us which dish we can and which we can't eat,i have been to alot of hotels,resorts and villas overseas,they didnt inform us(muslim) untill we ask them which food can be eaten.

We booked a Cabana Room to celebrate my daughter's birthday and we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. The beds were comfortable and there were sufficient pillows unlike other hotels where they stinge on giving their guests extra pillows. The room had a resort feel to it and faced the swimming pool. My daughter had a nice time swimming in the pool. Food at White Rose Cafe was yummy. Don't miss the fish head curry. We will definitely be back again for staycation.
Saya suka sekali menginap di York hotel. Tempatnya strategis di jalan mt. Elizabeth, berada di pusat kota, dekat dengan beberapa tempat penting seperti rumah sakit, pusat perbelanjaan. Membuat saya bisa berjalan kaki saja untuk berkeliling, lumayan menghemat biaya transport. Pelayanan York hotel cukup memuaskan, dengan petugas ramah dan sangat membantu. Kamarnya cukup luas, lengkap fasilitasnya. Kamar mandi bersih, lengkap fasilitasnya. Sarapan pagi di York hotel cukup lengkap dan pelayanannya memuaskan. Beberapa menu internasional bisa saya temukan, menu asia juga tersedia. Petugasnya ramah saat melayani tamu. Saya juga mendapatkan fasilitas free wi-fi selama menginap di hotel York. Thanks.

Lokasinya strategis dekat mrt orchard,dekat orchard road shopping branded,tempat mkn mcd ,bersih hotelnya,pelayanan baik ,ruangan kamarnya luas.. ada hidangan buah di ats meja santai nya. Ada kolam renang tuk anak" serta org tua.
Ruang kmr mndi nya Elegan banget. Bisa berendam air panas. Handuk mandi 4 helay. Handuk muka 4 helay. Handuk tangn 4 helay. Sabun mndi jel. sampo. Sabun tangn. Sikat ggi serta odol nya. tisu ada 3 macam tisu di sediakan.. Poko nya lengkap banget dech di york hotel ini. lemari pakaiannya luas bisa ganti baju didlm lemari bisa nyetrika juga. Ada baju handuk juga 4 helay. Dan di dlm laci meja rias nya ada herdryer nya juga. Dan dilaci ada arah kiblat jadi ga usah khawatir yg muslim kalau mau sholat ga tahu arah kiblat didlm laci meja rias nya ada petunjuk nya..
Klo puasa kita pun dikasih tuk sahur.

Made too and fluffy with good curry sauce. Lor Bak dish was also a stand out, and so was the Penang style char kway teow. Dessert was Min Zhang Kueh and free flow of Coffee Tea. They will have the food fare back in Sept. Enjoy.
Penang fair is back after 2 years. This is the first instalment. They will back in sept and dec. This time around not much crowd. Food is authentic penang food (the closest you will get to unless you take a trip to penang and try out various hawkers scattered all over the island ! Prawn mee is the best. The pancake was very good too. Laksa too sour and using the laksa noodle is really off. They could do a better job for CKT ie frying less portion per wok. Overall will return the next time they are in town
Super happy experience here! Came here for ala carte buffet. Very trained service crew especially Mr Ramli, he said he is a happy staff working here for 33 years already!. I felt he always appeared at the right time and gave the best recommendations (everything exactly right) from drinks to food to dessert! The fish head curry, squid ink sambal sotong and beef rendang are astonishing, love the Chap Chai and Ngoh Hiang too. Best of the best is chendol amazingly good on par to Melaka Peranakan version. And… chin chow with atap-Chee!!! Very peaceful environment. Will surely come back again!

Visited with family to try out their a la carte lunch buffet. The food was very good, with standout dishes being the curry fish head, chicken masala and black ink squid. We immensely enjoyed the vibrant flavours that were brought out splendidly in the dishes. However, what made the experience stand out was the wonderful service from the staff, in particular manager Marc Kee, who was extremely friendly and proactive during the course of our meal. I would visit again for the quiet environment, good food, reasonable prices, and most of all, service that truly is one of the best we've ever experienced so far.
