Very satisfactory Indonesian food. Flavorful and delicious dishes paired with free flow of rice. Value for money and the portion size is just nice. Service was efficient and food arrived very fast.

4-4.5 stars.
Food quality: Delicious authentic Indonesian food near CBD. Spicy level watered down for Westerners sos even if you see chilli padi it’s not even spicy! Would be nice to be able to choose spicy level.
Food portion / Price: $10+ for vegetables, $20+ for meat. Reasonable sharing portions.
Service: Fast and attentive.
Crowd: Still some space during weekday lunch but that was during COVID period.
Patent: Card accepted.

Located at Far East Square just 1min walk from Telok Ayer MRT (right opposite after you exit from Exit B). Overall a great dining experience. Quality and authentic Indonesian cuisine. Not too spicy. Aromatic and well-balanced flavors. Price point is decent. Portion is just nice. Regular will fit a group of 5-6 nicely. Bento delivery available as well.
Place was pretty packed even on a weekend for a location within the CBD. Service was great and efficient. Staff tried their best though they seemed to be pretty understaffed. Really love the Tahu Telor - crispy deep-fried beancurd with egg with a special sweet sauce. They are also relatively famous for the Ayam Bali (grilled chicken thigh), Otah Kukus, and Kang Kong. Rendang and chendol was okay. The blue jasmine rice wrapped in banana leaves is free flow as well - another of their specialties! Will definitely be back :)

Lovely place to enjoy delicious Indonesian food. Pagi Sore has been in business since the 80s. The quality of food remains consistent and good. Check it out on weekday evenings for a much quieter dining environment in the heart of Singapore’s central business district. Food looks spicy but it’s really not. Very appetising and satisfying. Free flow rice from the second order per pax onwards.
Must try: Long time favourite Tahu Telor (egg tofu with sweet spicy sauce) and Stir fried long beans and eggplant

Food is so delicious & authentic Indonesian cuisine. Our favorites are Angus Beef Rendang & Ikan Otap Kukus plus their native rice wrapped in banana leaf. They have also friendly staff & server with good & fast service.

Convenient halal option in Singapore CBD offering a variety of traditional Indonesian favourites. The set options are value for money. Can get crowded especially during the lunch rush on weekdays. Reservations required.

The staff were all very efficient and we got our order pretty quickly. I remembered the food were better previously but still pretty yummy for me. Especially the ayam dish.

We heard they have yummy Kangkong. I was worried when I saw my husband ordered 4 dishes for our little family of 4. My worry is unnecessary. It's so good that we finished everything and even had more rice than we usually do. We would definitely be back again for special occasions! ❤

We dined in this afternoon at the Telok Ayer branch. The curry chicken came cold and when we told the staff, they simply gave an "oh" and just took it away, probably put it in the microwave, and was served again a few mere minutes later. Chicken was hard and dry. No explanation and no apologies were given.
Once we were done with the meal, i stood at the cashier for a good 5 mins before someone came to collect payment. The wait staff pretended not to see me and made me stand there like a fool.
First and last time here. Worst customer service.

Food was alright, but the staff's behaviour was unacceptable. When we asked if there's any non-spicy dishes recommendations, he replied in an irritated tone saying "it's all written there in the menu". Throughout the whole exchange he just looked irritated. 0 level of customer service.

Been to Pagi Sore Amara many times on personal dining as well as for team lunches & I'm very impressed with the hospitality of the staff, especially the Malay ladies. My FX colleagues, both locals & foreigners, love the food & convenient location. Keep up the good work!

Patronized Pagi Sore many times and decided to leave a good feedback. Tahu Telor and Ikan Otah Kukus are the best for me. The staffs are friendly and overall ambience is nice and cozy. :)

I don't hate it definitely. But soggy crackers was served. After telling them, the male waiter just took it back to the shelf, put one side, so later can be use for another diner. This is not right. Then they forgot our orders, that's ok actually. But not when this order, the curry, came cold. And they took it back to microwave it. I hope it's a one time off thing.

Disappointing. The chicken curry dish consisted of just a drumstick - the rest was all bones! Service was also lacking. Not gonna be back anytime soon!

What to say. As an Indonesian, the foods here is not even close to what I used to have. The beef rendang is pretty good. But the aubergine was so bland! The udang mentega (prawns) was also okay okay only. The price is definitely not reasonable. The staffs couldn't speak English well and the service was basically so slow. I will not come back.

Poor service. Inexperienced cooks. Doesn't serve water to its customers.

Excellent service! My husband was having a cough. One of the waitresses came to us with a cup of hot water for him. I have not experienced such excellent service for the longest period of time. Keep it up!

Excellent food and service as always.

Not authentic at all. Gulai ayam taste spor curry chicken (wang's taste better tough). The belachan chili is sucks n not spicy at all (those pasar or ntuc sell one taste better). The staff is super lag, service with no smile, always holding phone with earpiece. Hard to ask them for adding dishes or drinks. Super dissapointed. If Sari ratu open at 100am pagi sore sure close down.
