Poke is one of my favorite food and I gotta say poke theory definitely satisfied my poke cravings for the day! I had the spicy Mayo salmon and spicy garlic sesame tuna and it’s just so good and flavorful!
Plenty of toppings as well! 100% recommended so check out the outlet nearest to you! :)

I couldn't find the actual address of this location on google map. But I would like to highlight is that I had ordered grab food delivery from The Promenade@Pelikat, Kovan. I was happy to know about it when I saw they updated on their social media. I've always wanted to try Poke Theory but never had a chance to, finally some healthy poke bowls around my area. Without hesitation, I had the original Shoyu salmon. And 2 'All or Nuttin Acai bowl and it was great. The expectation of the delivery was faster than their estimated time. Well packed. It was fast probably I live around the neighbourhood. Yes, I will order again and again.

Bought this at their 111 Somerset outlet. Staff was friendly and approachable, and toppings were generous. Love the freshness and taste of this poke bowl! Also, I like that I can skip the queue now when I order from their new website!

I have been ordering from Poke Theory for years now! To me it is the best Poke outlet in Singapore with the wider offer of ingredients and add ons.
I rate 4/5 because sometimes (when doing delivery) they gave me spicy salmon instead of regular salmon. But for the rest, it is great and the service is also fast!

from poke theory at NUH medical centre (kent ridge mrt)!! love their salmon poke, the aburi is a nice touch and their variety of sauces is a big plus for me!! the mentai mayo is a must have, sprinkle some sesame seeds & chili flakes for an even tastier meal :)

Please do not try 1 for 1 promo, unless you're willing to wait more than 1 hours, after your selected time to pick up has passed. If Poke Theory is not ready to meet the promotional demands, don't conduct it or at least stop taking orders. After more than 1 hour, I'm don't look forward to the quality of my orders..... very disappointing
