Marinated pork shoulder loin is a must order!!! Good quality meats at affordable buffet pricing. Is it just me or even the wine tastes better there? � pretty authentic for me and service is good and attentive~ would definitely recommend and return for more!
Came here for the lunch buffet bbq promotion, and we were impressed by the quality of food. The waiter serving us was really friendly! Whenever he served us the food, he would ensure that the food were placed comfortably within our reach. Occassionally, he would ask to change our grill. It's been a long time since we find such pleasant experience in a BBQ buffet.
This place is probably one of the best Korean BBQ restaurants I have tried in Singapore. The food portion is generous, service is awesome and the ambience is like eating BBQ in South Korea itself! And the best of all, it is really very affordable! Try it, you will not regret it!
Food was great value for money, meat was well marinated and the service was very hospitable. Definitely will drop by again, there's no where else in SG with such portions especially for Korean BBQ at $24++ Place is extremely packed at dinner hours tho so be patient with the service as the poor service lady was sweating her ass off running all over the place. All in all a very value for money meal and will definitely recommend to friends.
Friends and I enjoyed our gathering and the good food at do dae bak! The BBQ buffet is good and value for money! Minji the manager is also very friendly! Highly recommend! 😊😊

I visited with friends twice and next, I brought my sis to try. She loves it too :D Recently, I visited with my family again and the taste is still the same. The meat're well marinated and juicy ~ Service is good during off-peak hrs. Love to visit again soon!! This place serves good quality and delicious meat :)

Really loved Don Dae Bak for its authenticity, superb service, efficiency and quality cuts. The buffet was worth my money. It may be small, but the restaurant is highly cosy and has no frills. The manager, Jason, was also very friendly and personable. I was there on a weekend night.
Fast service, booked at 7.45 PM, but managed to get there early, they had seats so we were allowed to go in earlier. Had the pork and beef, both tender and flavourful. Overall nice experience, will come back again.
Visited Don Dae Bak on Christmas Eve lunch. A rather good charcoal kbbq restaurant. The wave of people came just after us. Its recommended to make reservations first. They have 2 shops, one just a few shops away from another. You will have to go to the main shop to get a table number.
We had the lunch buffet which came with free flow of sides, lettuce and egg. The egg was surprisingly good. Added cheese which was insanely great. Worth the additional top up! The pork belly was a thick cut which we appreciated alot.
The restaurant was quite understaffed. We waited quite a while before they served us, took our order, brought out order, etc. But we totally understand that it's because they are understaffed. That being said, will return again!
Patronized this place twice within less than month and came back again after a few months later.
Tried both the buffet & ala carte options.
Buffet: thick meat cut with several marination options, definitely worth the price.
Ala Carte: needless to say much since you are paying a little premium price for better quality.
What I observed/experienced is that if you order ala carte, chances of receiving more attentive service from the crew by topping up your sides and eggs automatically as compared to opting for buffet, you need to get their attention for top ups during peak hours.
Decent serve of meat for buffet. Nice to have the egg by the bbq plate.
Staff were all very friendly, definitely will return again. My daughters had fun drawing on the walls with the markers they were given by the boss.

Nice Korean BBQ place. Went there for weekday lunch since we were in the area. Seems to be quite popular since most tables were occupied but fortunately still have tables available for walk-in customers like myself. Decided to go for the 90 mins buffet and ordered all the available meat options. Ice water and side dishes are included.
The side dishes are pretty standard Korean BBQ staples. The serving of meats are quite generous and we were quite full after only 1 round. Of all the meats, go for the seasoned/marinated meats. Our favourite is the marinated soy sauce pork collar. The chilli paste is not spicy at all.
They replaced the BBQ plate on regular basis without our prompting which is really good service. Most requests are attended to in timely manner as well. They also help to BBQ the meats if you order ala carte (not sure whether can make similar request for buffet but I don't think they have enough staffs to attend to all the tables and we prefer to BBQ ourselves.)
Total damage is $70 for 2 pax so actually pretty decent value for money if you like your meats.
I think this place will be quite popular for dinner and on weekends so reservation is recommended.
The beef set is really good. Charcoal style, change the grill pan frequently to prevent meat from sticking to the pan. The pork in chicken and pork set is really nice too. Ample free side dishes. Open till very late as well.
Ordered the meat buffet for 29.90 each on the wkends. Comes w the egg and side dishes. Cheese is an additional $5. Love it love it. The atmospheres is so authentic and kpop music playing. Will be back again next time. The boss is super friendly and nice too
