We gathered friends and made a Friday night event to visit Durian Empire. Luckily I had reserved some before I go because there was a big demand and durians were selling fast. They very active on Facebook. We all enjoyed the time and delicious durians, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend to visit this place for any durian lover. You should not miss.

My regular Durian supplier. Price is reasonable but quality has been consistently good.Just make sure you whatsapp or check their price and availability beforehand. Walk-in is possible, but be prepare to queue.

A spacious and airy area to enjoy the durian season. Reasonable price for the quality of the MSW durian. Even offer free drinks and plastic gloves. Recommended if you have the craving.

Nearest place to my home and there is always a long queue at this place. Staff are friendly. First time buying from this place. Have 2 small Pahang MSW durians which weight 2+kg for $40 to cure for my craving for durians. The durians are fresh and good. Overall good buying experience.

There is hit and misses for me at this place. Personally the service and the cleanliness has standard. I ordered the D13 and one came alright and the other durian has sour taste to it.
I'm glad the staff is proactive to provide another durian packet as service recovery.
This could be the best durian choice in Punggol for now since they offer online ordering thru their FB messenger and also constant updates on their menu in their FB page.

Service from Durian Empire is really on point! The premium durian was so creamy and one of the best I have ever eaten! Your fingers just sinks into the piece of durian and it melts gracefully into your mouth! If the durian is not good, you may also get a full replacement! Really enjoyed the durian! Thumbs up!

Just visited Durian Empire hours ago!! We were well served almost immediately despite the Super Long queue tonight, mineral water was promptly served while waiting for our durians.. �( it is really not a must for them to serve us drinks, in fact those drinks are chargeable) ��.. their level of service is really ��
We had Golden Phoenix and D24 tonight, their durians were of a premium quality with a creamy and slightly bitterness for the D24 seedlings and a tinge of sweet taste for the Golden Phoenix! ��
Feedbacks were asked by the some of the guys to actually checked if the quality of those durians were ok and immediately offered to change a new one if is of a sub standard! Normally who will bother all these feedbacks and checks if the store is very crowded and especially when is under staffed!
Another plus point was that they actually volunteered to sealed and pack those take-aways durians for us!
Highly recommend if you want to hav an enjoyable durian feasting session! They really took pride in their business and their customer service is awesome ��

We really had a good time to have the Durian. The seller serve us with good service and recommend what's best for us. We did reservation as the first time we went didn't manage to had any as they were sold out. So I recommend everyone to reserve but in the early morning because the slots are limited.

Awesome durians with great prices and excellent service! Have been buying from them since their 1st season, nvr once disappoint me.. of course there r times when 1 out of the many durians I bot r partially unripe or tasteless but whenever feedback to the team, they will always replace 1 for me on my next visit. (Because I don’t eat at the shop so they can’t replace immediately).
I would say they r 1 of the few sellers with almost consistent quality durians.
Reservation is highly recommended unless u dun mind the Long q �.. do give them a try if u r staying nearby... ���

This season batch of durians are good, we like it so much, and reservation is advisable to avoid long queue, i like their msw and D13 so much. I had been a regular ever since it is opened, it is so convenient that it is located within Punggol, i used to buy from elsewhere, where transport is troublesome for me to bring back.

Always a pleasant experience with them. Very honest durian sellers. Thus referred them to my friends and brought my colleagues to their stall. 3-4 times i have experienced when the durian i selected is not good or not too much seed they will happily open another one or two until they think i got what i paid for. And their durians are always very good quality. Love their MSW and D24 �� always lookinh forward to my weekly durian fix.. i not for the calories i could eat it everyday �
